I’ve always loved coming here. Amazing selection and prices seem par. I’ve always been treated with a warm welcome and the owner is always willing to help! The only thing I dislike is no kids in the cart. Very hard to shop with my toddler that way. I’m surprised their isn’t bigger carts for kids to sit in. Other than that RQC is my top place for all my cricut supplies, decor, crafting. I don’t go anywhere else.

Found some great items here at a great price! Their traveling mug for tea is perfect, and stays hot for a long time. The coffee collars work great for my mug that has no handle. Many items are available for the crafty person in your family. 😊

I love walking into RQC because I am always warmly welcomed. The selection of products are amazing and they always have what I need. Anything from HTV, yarn, paint and wood. I don’t need to travel out of town to get my crafting and business supplies because I’m lucky enough to find everything right at RQC. Thanks Jason and Tammy for an awesome store!

Always a great selection and I enjoy the closer location. I previously had an issue with one of their employees and it was addressed immediately and I was taken care of in a professional and timely manner. I ordered balloons over email and they were the perfect addition to our Halloween costume

This place is amazing! I called 15 minutes before closing, managed to get there with ten minutes to spare. I thought I was going to have to drive to Michaels for the things I need, but the owner and workers were available and helpful! They helped me brainstorm ideas, I found things I didn’t even know they would have. Variety and quantity is great! I would have been screwed for the bridal shower I’m planning if it weren’t for them! And the owner stayed a bit later after closing helping me. This is what local business should look like. And even better, pricing is better than Michaels!!!!!

Usually when I go the staff are nice. I enjoy going to this craft store and have been there many times. I would say that they have a good selection. I’d love it if they had more options for beading and jewelry displays. Unfortunately my last experience on Monday really upset me as I was desperate to use the washroom and staff would not let me. I was also happy to make my purchase prior to using the washroom as I have worked retail before and understand loss prevention etc. It was very inconvenient at that time as I was pregnant :(

First time visiting and overall it is a nice, clean, organized place. Decent selection of items that I’ve had a hard time finding elsewhere. I do wish the vinyl was available in 5 ft rolls when you need a little more than 3 ft but not quite 15 ft. Some items seem a little overpriced. Paid $25 for an item that is regularly $9-$14 anywhere else, which I suppose is partially my fault for not doing my research better. Also my husband was not allowed to use my email to collect points with me standing there, just because he was paying and not me.

First time I got some vinyl from them, they were still using their home as a base of operations. Now, their second location in town is bigger and better than ever. They have increased their products lines, and got some unique vinyls, including one that survives dishwashers. Their selection of blanks is second to none, and prices are reasonable.
