    This Is a good dunks with good service however I'm not happy that the manager always yells at her employees in a very rude way. They forgot to put whipped cream on my coffee... not a big deal at all. Had I know the manager would yell at the poor girl who was pretty much swamped with orders.. i wouldn't have told them to add the whipped cream I don't like that bs.

    As you can see, I got a large coffee with little ice… They did not listen to that last part because although it is stated on the ticket, there was so much ice in this, that when I took it all out I was only left with half a cup, so next time I’ll just be asking for an iced coffee no ice. And if that was really considered “little ice” then people are paying way too much for a coffee thats technically 8 ounces. Also it tasted watered down, will not be returning to this location.

    The owner and manager need to set better customer service standards in the store . I was in this morning Sunday January 22,2023 the music behind the counter was so loud you couldn't give your order. There were two young associates at the drive up standing there, one other took my order and money and went back to making coffee for the two incompetent drive ups. There were two hard working older woman doing all the work and one finally saw me standing there angrily. I said your music is to loud and I never got my order. She scrambled at the recipes and got my order. This was not the first time I received poor service as a walk in . The focus on drive up more than walk in who are there first !

    They are very rude ppl and I asked them nicely to toasted my child bagels but it was completely burneedand when I said it’s burned she got really rude and mad at me and give me very disrespected answers ba , that’s not the problem my son is allergic to meat and she was making all the sandwiches with the same gloves, which is illegals Violating safety guidelines in restaurants and she was touching the bacon and keep doing the other sandwiches at the same time and her hand was completely greasy and disgusting, she hand it to me with attitude and I end up taking the sandwiches but I throw it away because my son can’t eat it and went to different place , very disappointed

    They are usually very fast here. I've been through super slow ones in the area and this is fast. Very nice people helping you. Never messes up the order.
