THIEVES! I WARN you don’t book an event with these people! Especially the owner. We were promised to receive tickets for the next event due to Covid issue. Nowhere did it say no refunds. NOW They decided to put no refunds after they stole other peoples money, (read other reviews below)however he totally changed his mind and insisted he wasn’t giving us anything, whether we liked it or not and hung up in my face. $1600 isn’t my problem. Don’t trust their words, they’re money hungry.

I wish I could give her 10 stars. We drove AN HOUR looking for a good hookah lounge. The atmosphere was great! Ola was absolutely Wonderful. We wanted to take her back with us. NOT ONE COMPLAINT. This place is great!

The very first time I went I had a wonderful time. Everything was great. The second visit was the total opposite. I really felt like an outsider there. They say me and my friend all the way in the corner, and service was slim to none. We basically had to stalk the waiters down to try service it was just a very weird vibe and feeling going on there. I felt so unwelcome !

Ola was a sweetheart. Very attentive and educated us on how to enjoy our personal hookahs. We were visiting from Florida but will definitely be back with friends. Crazy Happy hour specials and they don’t nickel and dime you.

I went there a few days ago for Ramadan Iftar. The food is Ok! but the service is very unprofessional. They talk back when they’re wrong. They take everything personally and sensitively. Maybe the owner needs to teach his workers to take their job professionally and sign them up for a course of customer service. Also it's pricey for what you get, as they have open buffet for Iftar, I am standing in line to get food, when I reach out to buffet table, I missed some items! they said we're out of it! This is so ridiculous! I hope the owner takes this review seriously. I would not go back or recommend anybody to go there whether for Ramadan Iftar or other times. I really hate to leave bad reviews but these guys were begging for it.

The atmosphere is calming and the staff is friendly, I got a deluxe hookah with grapefruit head, tea, and a water for around $35. I never felt rushed, but I did feel extremely welcomed and they changed my coal every 30-45 minutes which is so nice compared to places where you have to ask or they wait til they're just piles of ash. I will definitely go again and recommend this place to anyone ❤️ I know it's taboo to mention but I've been to hookah bars where I felt a little out of place or ostracized for not being Middle Eastern, but not here. I was treated with the same level of care as every other patron!

Visiting Chicago for the weekend and this lounge is the place to be if you want good Hookah, amazing dessert and great live music..

Amazing place! The hospitality was unparalleled and Ola was/is an amazing host. Hookah and smoothies were both delicious. I wish I lived closer so I could visit this place more often.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I’ve never had any issues here. Our server Ola was amazing. She checked on us often and made sure we were comfortable! The hookah is always a hit. We will definitely be back here!

Ola is amazing! She provides excellent service and beautiful energy! She makes Al Kief an amazing time everytime! Blueberry mint and the lemon honey ginger tea is amazing!

Absolutely amazing. I can't describe how great the place is. Their pineapple shisha was so fresh. Didn't have to ask for charcoal, they were keep changing it. Lady by the name of OLA she is amazing. She goes beyond and above for the customer. Thanks you, best experience in United States.

If you’re down to a fun night, this is your spot!! Very entertaining, hookah is smooth, different choices of smoothie and beverages, customer service is excellent! I saw Mohammad Assaf there what more can I say :D Definitely recommended

Love this spot! Fantastic hookahs, and even better service. They offer both regular and Russian hookahs, and very reasonably priced which is a major plus. Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars was because they have “happy hour” specials on hookahs, but both times I was there (well before 5) I was charged full price.

The atmosphere is very chill and you are able to enjoy a hookah and conversations with friends/date. Although you are not allowed to bring alcohol into the establishment, I would still recommend this place for hookah and relaxation.

This place is bomb digitty. Ola the waiter is hella cool. She served us the whole time and was a friend as opposed to a waiter. Hooka was great. Ambiance was great. Multiple tvs, great seating, good food, this place has it all.

Great environment and decor. Large selection of hookah flavors and drinks (non-alcoholic, I don't drink alcohol). So far I've visited twice, both during happy hour service and had a great experience. Awesome customer service (different person each time), checked up on us while we smoked if we needed drinks etc., and replaced our coals regularly without us needing to ask. Only somewhat criticism I can think of would be that the regular parking lot is a little small. I understand they have a valet service for events (and possibly evenings? Not positive), but I'm not sure if there is an auxiliary lot if it is crowded during happy hour/earlier/non event hours of operation. Thankfully there was parking in the regular lot each time I visited so far so it hasn't impeded earlier customer traffic in my experience.
