The operation on my hand didn't do anything. The treatment for my knee, which was caused by an accident at work, was no longer linked to the accident after a short time, as if I had already had problems before. I would even give it minus stars. If I have had pain in my knee since the accident and it isn't taken seriously, then I wonder whether this shop is the right one for any patient.

Extremely unfriendly and even the doctors! I have never been treated like this by a doctor or treated so aggressively. I had to wait for days until I got my results and before that I wasn't even examined, just put on sick leave. Had an accident at work but the doctor said there was too much paperwork and when he missed something in my report he just said “oh you have to have an operation”. Worst practice ever! I hope the medical association gets something started.

Was very satisfied there. Modern facilities and friendly and nice staff. The doctors are very thorough and friendly, I like to go there if I have anything. You can also be treated without an appointment. You just have to bring some time, but that goes without saying.

Meine planbare OP wurde mit guter Aufklärung professionell von Dr.Witte durchgeführt. Die OP-Schwester war sehr sehr freundlich und hat mir bei meiner Aufregung durch ihre positive Art helfen können. Das Warten im Treppenhaus ohne Sitzgelegenheit nach 20 min ist mühsam, aber zu Zeiten von Corona zu verschmerzen.

I had surgery on my hand. From the interview appointment to the pulling of strings/final interview, everything was great! Despite the high volume of patients, the ladies at reception were always very friendly and well organized. I was calmly explained and very well prepared for the operation. The operation was successful and I am very happy that I chose this practice! Always and definitely highly recommended!!!

Consultation help is very quick on the phone and doesn't take much time, even though you have a referral. She thinks the doctors know more and can make diagnoses. Then don't stop and go to another doctor.

This practice is simply bad. The doctor says without having tested anything and after pressing my pain to see if I can't work... I can't write you off sick for that, he said. Absolutely pathetic as a doctor . Not recommendable

Meine Mutter hatte gestern eine OP mit Vollnarkose ,sie haben sich sehr gut um sie gekümmert .Es war immer einer da, der nach ihr gekuckt hat ob alles ok ist. Die Ärzte ,Nakoseärztin ,und das ganze Praxisteam sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.Danke für alles.

War bei Dr.Spitzenberg, weil ich unerträgliche Schmerzen von der Schulter bis ins Handgelenk hatte. Ich wurde an einen Neurologen überwiesen. Dort wurde Karpaltunnelsyndrom festgestellt... Ich mit dieser Diagnose wieder zu Dr.Spitzenberg... Ich wurde damit gar nicht richtig ernst genommen, obwohl ich sagte, dass ich noch immer massive Schmerzen habe. Seine Aussage: Das wird schon wieder, ich will nicht wild drauf therapieren... Ich kenn das alles.. Fazit: Ich war mit dem neurologischen Befund beim Neurochirurgen, dieser hat mich umgehend zum MRT HWS geschickt... Siehe da... Schwerer Bandscheibenvorfall, dass mir eine Bandscheibe entfernt werden muss und eine Prothese eingesetzt wird. DANKE!!! Für nichts!!! Löscht meine Akte!!!

5 stars for the doctors, doctors are great there, an assistant is super friendly, I know her where I used to be (14) being treated at Spitzeberg (Cronenberg). The others who usually sit up there are absolutely unfriendly, some of them I think They have the wrong job, I wouldn't give a point for that.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for the consistently professional, competent and helpful actions of Dr. Thank Spitzeberg. He helped me immediately, was very sensitive during the treatment and the assistant nurse (a blonde woman around 30-35) was so nice to me! She was also so compassionate and professional! My big thank you goes out to both of them!
