Very good place to buy household products at lesser price. The facility is really huge with lots of Car parking space. Bus frequency is low

I have never seen such a bad customer service before.This is an unprofessional company. I don't recommend you to buy something from here. My bed is broken due to wrong fixing and bad quality of the wood.We called and explained the situation 3 times. And everytime the guys brought wrong part of the bed and they couldnt fix my bed. Almost 4 months I'm trying to sleep on broken bed... Never never again!!!

Discount on some while incompatible with ReaL supermarket... furniture is ok for pricing but not minor kitchen wares

There is enough parking place for everyone, the workers are ready to help you. There is a rest place for customers.

They sell cheap things but good Quality

My last visit was disappointing, the seller man in the carpets' section was very unprofessional and the way of addressing us was so aggressive. While we were kindly asking for some one to give him our purchasing order, he started saying "there are no orders in Germany!!" he was Not cooperative nor friendly at all, and I'm really shocked! I would never go back to Poco again.
