Delicious cocktails and a nice atmosphere

Visiting from Holland we stopped here for drinks. Absolutely a wonderful place to have drinks and awesome meze ! Great ambience and excellent service. Would go back without any hesitation! Thanks !

Great bar with very friendly staff. From the food to the cocktails, everything is delicious and prepared with love. I can only warmly recommend it. You shouldn't miss it in Wuppertal.

The Rex Bar is in the Postboutique Hotel Wuppertal. Super nice bartender and also the service, top! We asked for a non-alcoholic cocktail and were surprised. Super fresh and super tasty. Great ambience! We didn't eat but everything sounded good. Easily accessible for wheelchair users and no problem in the hotel either. There are also disabled toilets in the basement! Happy to come back!

Tolle Bar im Postboutique Hotel. Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre und freundliche Bedienung. Bei den Cocktails ist besonders der WupperMule zu empfehlen. Es gibt auch eine kleine Speisekarte. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

This is a cocktail bar! No happy hour bucket cocktails, but really well-made cocktails with and without alcohol. And the best thing: the bartender can also mix COCKTAILS individually. I'm thrilled, plus an extraordinarily nice and attentive host. So if cocktails, then in the Rex Bar. Wuppertal has a bar that stands up to absolutely any comparison.

At first glance, the menu seems small, like a bar menu, and the extremely charismatic hostess explains it in a hurry. This opens up a wonderfully fine realm of the best freshly baked, addictive bread from Backgeschwister Hamburg, the finest own-brand gin, the most exquisite wine and fantastic dishes cooked in front of our eyes at the bar. We spent a wonderful evening at Bar Rex that exceeded all of our expectations. A big thank you to our hostess!

Eine sehr schöne Bar mit einer guten Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen. Jede einzelne Speise wird mit liebe zubereitet. Hier steht Qualität vor Quantität! Die Chefin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der junge mann der uns bedient hat war auch sehr freundlich. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Very stylishly furnished bar that makes you want to linger. The service is great and the selection and quality of the drinks is excellent. I particularly liked the in-house gin :-) There is also a small but very fine selection of dishes, all of which - as far as tested - are absolutely recommendable.
