❌❌NOT RECOMMENDED ❌❌ Rude, unprofessional, and puller, the men's department, totally disgusting unfriendly!!! My husband was picked up and spoke in a non-customer-friendly manner. Products are cheap hair color, when the very nice lady colored my hair, I told her that my scalp was burning, she replied that it was normal and that it would stop burning after 10 minutes. Long story short, when I noticed that I had a burning and bloody wound on my scalp, I went to the hospital that same evening. I was told that I was lucky that my hair didn't fall out, that it was due to the paint being expired and substances that aren't allowed to be contained in the products. A complaint is being filed for bodily harm and I won't let that go either!!!! PS: always get advice from a professional hairdresser, otherwise you will have a real problem like I had.

We were there today with my wife and my son, when I said that I didn't want to cut anyone's hair, the hairdresser immediately snorted and said he didn't want to (because he said it wouldn't have worked), the little one was restless and also cried (he's only 2 years old), but he had zero patience and didn't feel like it anymore...at the end when he was finished my wife wanted to have the little one's hair cut a little more and he snorted again, So all in all, poor performance for me and for the little one too,......Never there again, unfriendly, unprofessional...

I can only warn!!! Unfortunately you have to give at least one star here. I can only advise everyone not to visit. I wanted a bob. (I also had a photo with me). Even during the cutting, the lady became more than nervous. Entertainment only in Turkish. The second one was added for blow-drying. When I got home I saw in the mirror that a square had just been cut out of my bottom. In the salon, I had longer hair blow-dried over it so that I wouldn't notice it. The ladies probably don't even have any training. Blending is annoying, but trying to cover it all up isn't possible.
