I have been a regular customer for years and am always very impressed with Lilly Nails, always very clean work and good quality. I can really recommend them with a clear conscience. Always modern and up to date with the designs. Really top ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was only one time there, and never again. My nails look so bad, skin was not correctly cut at all. Price for this classic red nails was too high and it looks like a 5 year old kid job.. well

I have been visiting this nail salon regularly for well over a year. I was very happy there at the time. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly and has simply become outrageously expensive. I can understand everything, but no longer when the price-performance ratio is no longer right. The work is done very sloppily and when you point this out, for example when the nails are visibly different lengths, people first start blaspheming and complaining in their native language and it's very obvious. Or if you decide on a complicated design. Besides, when you ask to trim away the obvious protruding skin, it's only done half-heartedly. I'm not a nail designer and don't have to know anything about the subject, but in the end the customer is king and the price has to reflect the customer's wishes. You can also notice the frustration with the harder arrows or the tighter hand grip :-) I bite my tongue several times and just don't say anything. I watched it for a really long time and thought about writing a review like this for a long time. In the end, this nail salon comes close to the competition 🤷🏽‍♀️ what a shame! About my picture: it cost me 44 euros and this is what one of my nails looks like after the supposed “final inspection”... Edit: Attention, look at the latest “positive” reviews :-) so another star deduction!

Clean work, polite atmosphere and a fair price. I had already had the wound on my middle finger before and the employee paid a lot of attention to it and worked with caution. I'm looking forward to the next dates😊
