I can only write about the night shift. I get the feeling that they are ill prepared. Some items on the menu were not available. Other items were available, but 'it would take a long time' was the answer of the counter staff. The customer area was tidy, but the area around the fryer especially looked as if could have used some tender loving care.

Looks like still is very popular this chain in Germany (at least in this area and close to the road), many options of hamburguers to choose, coffee and cakes. Around 14€ per menu.

There is a SANIFAIR toilet here, but the condition is very dirty and smelly. Some functions don't work properly, the closet lid doesn't rotate to clean, the tissue sensor is damaged, and the payment function can only use coins, the card/mobile payment function is broken.

Rude girl/woman, she prepare the order of the kids meal and then put the chicken of the second order in the frier. After 10minutes I asked the fries of my kid to be changed because its been more than 10minutes she was rude

Very nice on table service. Sitting area on first floor is more kool.
