The shop has 11 cash registers, but only tw were working, the customers line was all the way to the entrance. It took us half an hour to pay. Otherwise it's a nice shop with good prices and large variety of stuff.

I didn't go inside, cuz it is what we all know what it is 😅 but the building is a masterpiece 👌🏻

Disappointed, so huge from outside, yet almost empty from inside in comparison to its huge shape . Just two floors. I have seen one branch in berlin, just the opposite, small from outside ,huge from inside . In Bielefeld, the same as Berlin , three floors with a variety of items. 😔

It is a great place for buying everything, anything we want can here be found. price is low, although the quality is not so guaranteed, but we can't complain it with such a low price. I just think it's very convenient for foreigners, especially those who just arrived in European land to settle down, it's a well-equipped place to buy home stuffs.

Well.... it's a Primark. The only bad I'd have to say is that you can never be sure, it seems, if the item with a reduced sticker is actually reduced. Or the item you want to buy, cots half when paying. Also, why have 11 cashier stations on 2 levels but only ever have 2 open.

Please mothers take care of your kids there even they are old enough from the Store manger , unfortunately he cares about the goods more than the customers. Today i made a big shopping for my son's in the kids section and after i payed and finished just left to downstairs looking in the woman section for something and my kids were around, then one of them just hit a woman robe and one shoulder fall from the hanger, the store manager came to the kids and shout to them in a strange unproper way ...my kids were shoked and i tried to talk to him in a proper way that please don't talk in that way and you can talk to me instead...he said in an arrogant way" I AM THE STORE MANGER AND I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT" !!!!!! I told him you are not allowed to scare and shout to my kids then he wanted to throw me out the store without even doing anything then i asked him to call the police because he is unrespectful person he made fun from me and left . Is that the way Primark treat the customers!!!!!!!

I bought a duvet cover which has a broken button. As it was packed in the store, there was no way to check that before buying. After coming to home I opened it and found the button is broken. I immediately went there to get a replace but ashamed to hear their logic. They didn’t take that return because I opened the package. Thus they are selling obsolete product but it's my fault by opening the package. 😄 N.B: It's not possible to find out that the button is broken without opening the package.
