Typical Ikea. You get lost easily. We managed to visit during weekdays. So it was not that crowded. 3d design service worked very well for our new kitchen.

I find it really shady that ikea would have two workers stationed on the new checkout that requires an app (and I'm assuming collects data) rather than manning the express checkout (self service) that everyone could use. Terrible business practices when I'm just trying to pick up one thing on my way to work. Now I can stress about being late in the long queues...

I am reviewing from first time visitor’s point of view. Almost all kind of household stuff are available here. There is a play area for kids but who are 3 or more year old. There is a map available for the entire store. A big parking place is available The only public transport available is Bus# 602 Inside the store there are scales available on multiple areas which you can use to measure height and length. There is a big cafeteria available, the food was great and the food areas also has a small play area for kids but without age restrictions

I mean, it is my second home, the staff are always nice, helpful and kind. Couldn’t ask for more

Easy to reach, not too full

Very close to Autobahn A1 /A46 and A43, easy to find and easy to park. Parking is available in front as well as behind the main building. Excellent breakfast area with really good quality and plenty of choices. A great shopping experience with out the stresses of finding IKEA and then parking.

Very chill atmosphere compared to other furniture stores.

There's not much to say because IKEA store looks more or less the same everywhere. It offers all the necessary facilities like a huge parking lot, clean toilets and deposit boxes for your bags (in front of the toilets), if you don't like carrying it around.

I think the staff can certainly work on their attitude especially towards English speaking customers.

My experience with IKEA is very bad, I went there myself to order for my items but to my greatest surprise I received half of the things I order for, till this very moment no call no email on how they'll bring my order to me. When I call the Customer service the person that pick up the call Insulted me because I don't speak Deutsch very well😭😭 I cried because I spent a lot of money buying those items . As I write I am still waiting for my items to be delivered. Bad service, bad customer service
