The legendary croissants are of old quality, the rest is unfortunately bad. The rolls (Kipf) I got today were bubblegum-like. Plus completely inflated prices

Rating for croissants: Tried butter croissants, croissants, spelled and short pretzels. Spelled and short pretzels actually have something crunchy about them. The other two horns simply taste like nothing. What I hope for from a croissant (and its baker) is a fluffy, tender and crispy pastry. With a butter croissant also the taste of butter. When I bite into it, "leaves" should come off, that's what makes a croissant or crumbly. Sorry, but my enthusiasm is very limited and I can't understand the praise.

We ordered coffee and the coffee was very good 👍Only the milk always curdled and always formed gray flakes🙄🤔🤣 I complained twice about the coffee 😅😅The coffee was too hot so the milk curdled was the announcement 🥶😭As if you were stupid 🥶 and I didn't get my money back 💸💰 either 😪😪😄😁But the cake was super tasty 🌹🌹❤️

Everything we had was very fresh and delicious. The cheesecake is delicious, very soft, the sponge cakes are spongy. Everything I brought was very fresh and delicious. Also the price is very good. It has been a long time since I found a pastry shop where everything was appetizing and homemade. What a shame I don't live here to be able to try everything they have.

Nice little bakery with options to sit inside, even if it's cramped due to the size of the branch. Two pretzels with sunflower seeds for €2.70 are slightly overpriced in my opinion.

Croissants and short pretzels are the specialty here, the rolls are a good average. Staff always very welcoming. I find the prices relatively expensive compared to other craft bakeries. Here you are already on the same level as the organic competition, so 1 star deducted. 🙂

Legendary, friendly and Würzburg veteran

I have been a long-time customer of Brandstetter, we always buy the bread and nut wedges we need in our mobile delivery van. I was in the store now and bought a nut corner. After almost breaking my teeth, I went back to the store to complain. I was offered a "concrete" nut corner as a replacement, which I declined. If that is the quality requirement of the owner, then I will refrain from purchasing anything in the future!

I bought the worst chocolate croissant. You could crumble it completely with your hands, it was so dry and old. Absolute impudence to sell something like that. She can't be serious.

Sind bei Starkregen hier untergekommen und wurden sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll empfangen. Kaffee und Kuchen waren auch sehr gut. Leider keine Sitzmöglichkeit

Gehobene Qualität und ausgezeichneter Service. Wechselnde Angebote. Schön, dass es sowas noch gibt.

Bin einfach begeistert vom Brandstetter. Ging schon als kleiner bub hin. Er ist immer noch so gut wie damals. Bleibt wie ihr seit.

Im Vergleich sehr teuere Preise für meiner Meinung nach ziemlich mangelhaftes Backwerk, zumindest was das Laugengebäck angeht.
