I don't have to complain about food which was average , considering the prices it was below average ..however we can understand and manage as we are here for on trip so don't have to eat there but the experience is horrible I would request all Indians to avoid this restaurant the lady who serve food here is super racist , she is angry on all indian customers without any reason so please don't put you foot here until unless you are dying due to hunger or else get ready to be mistreated by this german lady. I usually never put review but today I honestly felt to write it's one of the worst experience I ever had in restaurant Request to owner if he ever reads the honest review either please put a board outside that Indians are not welcome ot replace your staff lady. That's for sure I will never visit it again In fact if I see any other indian outside will request them not to go there Thanks

Food : Good Ambience : Very Good Service : Ok Staff : Ok On a very good colder afternoon we got to visit the Guru Indian restaurant, the ambience was really very nice, the service was quick and not as described by some reviewer's. The food was hot and tasted very good. The only bad experience was with the blonde lady who seemed very angry for no reason. The pricing also was decent enough. At the end we were given chocolates.

The person is very rude and disrespects his very own country .. he believes serving food to Indians is a headache and more cumbersome... We went there for lunch but 1st we had a bit of verbal exchange of words which we did not like , 2nd then we saw this person arguing with another Indian group as they rejected the papadum served saying it was moist and was not fresh. Instead of replacing dish he started fighting with them and then starting insulting and said to them you have to pay .. At that instance we decided we will not eat food here. If someone cannot be respectful and humble then no point continuing. I would suggest to skip this place as there are many other kind hearted good eating places in the area.

This is a great place for Indian cuisine. Many vegetarian options and open late.

Guter Service schnelle und freundliche Bedienung . Essen war sehr gut. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Chai. Nettes und gemütliches Restaurant sieht man so von außen garnicht. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Hallo zusammen, anbei die aktuelle Speisekarte. Wir sind seit längerem nicht im Guru gewesen, aber hatten sicherlich schon drei Besuche dort. Das Essen schmeckt und ist auch schön mit Gewürzen ausgestattet. Ihr solltet aber viel Zeit mitbringen. Wir haben einen Gruß aus der Küche bekommen, danach hatten wir je eine Vorspeise und unsere zwei Hauptgerichte. Im Anschluss haben wir direkt bezahlt und waren trotz schnellem Bestellen, Essen und Bezahlen 2 Stunden dort. Das Restaurant war nicht voll und es wurden auch nur ab und zu Essen abgeholt. Daher vermute ich, dass sie sich Zeit beim Essen machen lassen. 😉 Wenn wir wieder viel Zeit haben, gehen wir aber gerne wieder hin. Liebe Grüße

Warm place with delicious food. You can sit outside that gives you a very cosy atmosphere. Staff is welcoming. Location is close to the famous bridge

I always order food from guru through lieferando . The food is similar to what is prepared in india. Chicken curry and samosa are my favourites. I would recommend guru :)

After visiting the beautiful city of Wurzbug, having dinner at GURU was a very nice idea. Such a great taste. I must say, A MUST GO PLACE..

Ohne Reservierung haben wir problemlos zwei Plätze erhalten.Die Vorspeisen ,sowie die Hauptgerichte waren sehr schmackhaft .Der Service war sehr freundlich .Wir kommen gern wieder !!!!

Heute suuuper lecker gegessen, ging alles total flott und war richtig richtig lecker. Sogar eine kleine Vorspeise auf's Haus bekommt jeder Tisch. 👌Mir "Da ich gerne sehr sehr scharf esse war es zu wenig scharf, aber nach Anfrage sofort ein kleinen Teller mit frischen,sehr leckeren 🌶️chillis und verschiedene scharfe Gewürze gebracht bekommen. Service der wirklich TIPPI Toppi war. Nur zu empfehlen!! Jederzeit wieder 🥰🌶️

Wir bestellen gerne hier immer wieder mal Essen nach Hause ( Lieferung oder selbst abholen) aber gestern waren wir mit unser Besuch erstes mal vor Ort wegen Essen, Gartenterrasse ist sehr schön (mit Liebe) und gemütlich gerichtet... Das Essen war so lecker wie immer:0)), Atmosphäre sehr kinderfreundlich und kundenorientiert ...Service Sehr Gast freundlich...Toiletten sauber... Wir empfehlen das Restaurant gerne weiter...

Essen war okay, aber auch nicht mehr (wir haben schon deutlich besser indisch gegessen), Bedienung so semi-freundlich, insgesamt ziemlich teuer, Ambiente bescheiden. Nichts was ich ein zweites Mal brauche.

Wie Sie sehen das Essen war Katastrophe Hänchen war ungekocht und war so geschmacklos und flüssig, dass ich nicht essen konnte, als ich sie gebeten habe dass sie mein Essen mehr kochen lasse, meinte sie das, dass normal ist und war sie unfreundlich. Am Ende habe ich mein Essen nicht gegessen und trotzdem musste ich 14 Euro dafür bezahlen. Die Kellnerin war überhaupt nicht freundlich und sogar manchmal fühlte ich mich, dass sie mich schimpfte, weil ich sie gebeten habe, mir mehr Zeit zur Auswahl gebe, und dann kommen die Augen Verdrehungen. Oh man, ich kann es nicht beschreiben wie schlimm diese Erfahrung war. Ich gehe öfters in indische Restaurants aber so ein ekelhaftes Essen habe ich nie gehabt. Very good food, friendly staff and most and very affordable, I spent around 17€ for one good meal plus beverage which is completely fair considering the incredible taste. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

The food was prepared very differently from other Indian restaurants and yet soo delicious. The preparations were hygienic tasty and was served well. Would definitely try again.

Best food in the city, would recomend to anybody, especially to those who want to actually have a relaxing and fulfilling experience.

Been here twice now. The server comes off cold but she's the only one I've seen there so I give her a break. The food is good. Portions are middle of the road. Lunch special is a good deal. They have some good spicy options.

Very authentic Indian food and a big surprise for us to find it in wuzerburg. Good service and tasty dishes, lassi is must have. They give rice with each dishe and portions are filling.

I ordered food. It was delivered within the estimated delivery time. The delivery guy was a friendly and polite person. The soup was still very hot and also the chicken on the salad still a bit warm. The food was absolutely delicious. Like always. I’ll definitely recommend your restaurant.
