When arrived late in the evening my room wasn't cleaned from the previous guest. Really? Helpful staff told me they could clean in 10 minutes. I told them no way you can clean a room in ten minutes. It ended they got me a room at another hotel. Next day new attempt. This time room cleaned but this time no soap or shampoo in the room. So they have real issues with quality. My colleague got a room without curtains. Really moderate standard in the room but bathroom seemed to be newly refurbished though. Will I stay here again? No, and I can't recommend any to do so.

The rooms are small but clean, the personnel is very amiable and the location is great

It is not far from the center, but it is area between main train station and hospital on the opposite side of the street that is not really appealing. The hotel is ok-isch for the price, you pay. Do not expect miracles. Anyway Würzburg is great place to spend couple holiday days.

Very helpful reception staff ! I had my bicycle couriered out to the hotel in a box and they held it all safe and secure for my arrival, the young concierge arranged a safe place for me to reassemble my bike then store it overnight in the foyer - first class ! Room was clean and food value - very centrally located hotel

What a great hotel and lovely hosts. They accommodated 4 of us on motorbikes and the bikes were lovely and secure in an underground garage. I have never been in a vehicle lift before so a win.
