A
few
weeks
ago
we
were
with
our
small
child
in
the
ENT
WÜ.
We
had
all
the
preliminary
examinations
done
there
and
went
there
for
the
operation.
Surely
the
waiting
times
with
small
children
are
a
bit
exhausting,
but
as
one
of
the
few
clinics
in
a
huge
catchment
area,
that
is
somehow
understandable.
The
Corona
measures
and
implementation
-
well
-
have
to
be
and
you
should
understand
that
too,
the
clinic
certainly
doesn't
do
the
extra
work
voluntarily.
But
why
I
wanted
to
write
here
at
all,
the
nursing
team
in
the
entire
ENT
including
anesthesia
deserves
the
grade
1
with
an
asterisk.
Our
concerns
were
always
taken
seriously,
we
didn't
get
the
feeling
that
anyone
was
annoyed
even
though
the
ENT
children's
ward
was
more
than
full.
My
last
clinic
stays
were
in
Munich
and
are
not
comparable.
As
a
mother
who
is
a
bit
nervous
anyway
because
the
little
child
is
being
put
under
anesthesia
and
you
have
to
keep
a
tomboy
busy
for
3
days,
you
have
received
really
great
support
here.
It's
still
nerve
wracking,
but
it
would
have
been
a
lot
worse
without
the
team.
If
you
had
a
request,
it
was
taken
care
of
and
you
didn't
have
to
ask
five
times.
I
was
really
super
positively
surprised
and
I
am
still
very
grateful
for
the
help
and
the
understanding
shown
during
these
3
days.
We
would
choose
HNO
Würzburg
again
at
any
time
and
can
give
all
families
a
clear
recommendation.
We
were
not
there
privately
but
legally.

Wir
waren
vor
einigen
Wochen
mit
unserem
kleinem
Kind
in
der
HNO
WÜ.
Wir
haben
dort
alle
Voruntersuchungen
machen
lassen
und
sind
dort
zur
OP
gewesen.
Sicherlich
sind
die
Wartezeiten
mit
Kleinkind
etwas
anstrengend
aber
als
eine
der
wenigen
Kliniken
in
einem
riesigem
Einzugsgebiet,
ist
das
auch
irgendwie
nachvollziehbar.
Die
Corona
Maßnahmen
und
Umsetzung
-
naja
-
aber
muss
wohl
sein
und
auch
dafür
sollte
man
Verständnis
haben,
freiwillig
betreibt
die
Klinik
den
Mehraufwand
bestimmt
nicht.
Aber
weshalb
ich
hier
überhaupt
schreiben
wollte,
das
Pflegeteam
in
der
gesamten
HNO
inkl.
Anästhesie
verdient
sich
die
Note
1
mit
Sternchen.
Unsere
Anliegen
wurden
immer
ernst
genommen,
man
hatte
nicht
das
Gefühl,
dass
jemand
genervt
war
obwohl
die
HNO
Kinderstation
mehr
als
voll
war.
Meine
letzten
Klinikaufenthalte
waren
in
München
und
sind
kein
Vergleich.
Als
Mama
die
nervlich
sowieso
etwas
angespannt
ist,
weil
das
kleine
Kind
unter
Narkose
gesetzt
wird
und
man
einen
Wildfang
3
Tage
beschäftigen
muss,
hat
man
hier
eine
ganz
tolle
Unterstützung
erhalten.
Man
ist
zwar
trotzdem
mit
den
Nerven
durch
aber
ohne
das
Team
wäre
es
noch
viel
schlimmer
gewesen.
Wenn
man
ein
Anliegen
hatte,
wurde
sich
verbindlich
darum
gekümmert
und
man
musste
nicht
noch
5x
nachfragen.
Ich
war
wirklich
super
positiv
überrascht
und
bin
nach
wie
vor
sehr
dankbar
für
die
Hilfe
und
das
entgegengebrachte
Verständnis
in
diesen
3
Tagen.
Wir
würden
uns
jederzeit
wieder
für
die
HNO
Würzburg
entscheiden
und
können
allen
Familien
ein
klare
Empfehlung
aussprechen.
Wir
waren
dort
nicht
privat
sondern
gesetzlich.
