Staff asked my girlfriend unnecessary personal questions based on my ethnicity which shows a lack of professionalism. The atmosphere in the hotel is also very uncomfortable, even with the airconditioner turned on full we could both not sleep properly. Furthermore, there were unattended children making loud noise and running around the hotel corridors. Not much point having security cameras if they are just for show. Personally I would not recommend to stay here based on my experience.

Absolutely no complaints. This place is perfect and worth so much more than the price. The room is large and bathroom is HUGE (tub is the best I’ve seen in Japan). Everything is new and nice. Location is next to the station. Can’t imagine a lower rating based on my experience.

Everything was amazing at this hotel. They even have fitness room here! I love that they genuinely ask for feedback as they have just recently opened this year. The room smells soooo nice. They use washable slippers instead of the one-time use type—I also don’t like the type of slippers where they just wipe them to “sanitize” them.

Newly built hotel, with 5 minutes walk from station. The room is modern and bed is comfy. Varity and good breakfast of choice downstairs which converted from grilled restaurant at the night. There is also convenience store on ground floor. Staff are not speak English well, but very helpful.

The room is spacious with queen-size bed and spacious toilet facilities. The American or Japanese breakfast is good. too. Certain room has a massage chair.

The hotel is very knew and it was great staying in the deluxe room. The bed was American size big. The bathroom is big and new and cool. The loction of the hotel right across from the train station so easy walk and access. The hotel has parking but I do not know the price, however is there parking right across the street that is cheap.

Very close to a train station, 7/11 is only downstairs. Overall is highly recommended for people who has a business trip and vacation

Clean, modern. You can see their care in the detail. Loved the bathroom/bath tub in particular. Neat furniture as well. Staff was friendly and professional. Really pleased to have stayed there.

Great hotel in an amazing location! There are a ton of amazing restaurants and izakayas nearby, short walk from the train station and even a convenience store in the basement.
