Visit after much searching for an ideal Thai massage. We visited the place without an appointment and they very politely explained their programs to us. We chose a one-hour massage and it was the best massage we've ever had. Terrible atmosphere of the massage place and very kind and experienced staff. Thank you so much for the experience!!!

Stumbled into this newly opened onsen/spa massage place as it’s near to my hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. My masseuse is very gentle yet firm when massaging me. The price might be slightly on the higher end but it’s worth every baht. The only regret is I only came here on my last day in Bangkok. Will definitely come back here again in future!

Great massage place in the heart of Sukhamvit! Many massage therapists and packages to choose from. You can tell a lot of money and energy has been put into this place. After your soothing massage, they treat you to mango and sweet rice as well as tea. Will definitely be back!

If you're in Bangkok, please fit this place into your itinerary. Place is huge, clean and beautiful. Had the Onsen Pampering Package. The massage therapist was skillful and experienced. One of the best massages I had here in Bangkok. They really work your body and the feeling after is such a wonderful one. Don't trust me though, come and experience it yourself and thank me when you leave.

The place is very clean and well maintained. We were welcomed by a hostess, who did a great job explaining all the options. The Masseuse’s were very professional and provided a high quality massage. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We might go back for a second massage soon. If you are in Bangkok and looking for a top notch experience, this is it!!

The place is very nice. Having a Japanese style in the room. Have a private Onsen and yourself🤩 And having a family package with my 4 years old daughter😅 They help her to do massage with playing and singing with her 🥰. Then I can have my own very good time for massage.

This onsen & spa is located at Sukhumvit area right opposite Carlton Hotel. First time went here and spent 3.5 hours here with onsen+scrub+oil massage. It was pretty good 😊

We recently had an amazing experience at the new massage salon in Bangkok. We’ve ordered an hour long Thai massage. The staff was incredibly professional, and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was so relaxing and quiet, adding to the overall blissful experience. To top it off, the complimentary mango sticky rice and green tea after the massage were the perfect treat. I highly recommend this place for a rejuvenating and relaxing Thai massage.

The massage itself was good. The therapist knew what she was doing. She was polite and on point. The spa on the other hand wasn’t that nice. - AC in the massage rooms are way to cold - it’s not soundproof so you hear other guests walking in the hallway, staff talking or cleaning. Especially the sound/use of spray in another room is not relaxing - the tissues they use to dry the hands is a joke. Please use thick paper or even better towels - the smell of the massage oil for aromatherapy was very light. It would be great if I can smell more of the oil. All in all okay but there are definitely better places for a massage…

The ladies who massages us were working hard and mine at least knew how to massage. Almost impossible to get a decent massage in Thailand anymore. I was under the impression that there were thermal baths of different temperatures included in the cost of treatment. We had a private bath which was quite nice. It can be difficult to understand what offerings include in Thailand generally. Maybe consider taking more effort in clear communication of what you provide in exchange for the money. Otherwise decent but I really couldn’t repeat at this price level. Too expensive for Thailand

If you want to have professional spa in Thailand then please choose this place. Highly recommended. Prices are little higher side else everything is good.

I live in Thailand around for Years now. I visited a lot of different Places for Massage. This place was my favourite before COVID. Than ist was shut down. Now a new company opened this place again and I hoped it would be as nice as before. Unfortunately it’s not. As soon as I entered the tried to show me the special packages they have. Don’t ask for what part needs a focused massage or what we should we avoid. Do I want a deep tissue or light massage..a.s.o. I had to pay first, what I don’t like as well because if something is wrong you normally will not get back the money. I had 1h Thai and 1h Aroma Massage. To compare with my shop I already changed to, It was not good and for this absolutely expensive. I pay less for 1h more with better quality of massage, focused, clean and paying after the massage. This shop really need more experienced therapists and another service concept.. Best is..it’s clean… but other shops as well. You just pay for the address bc mainstreet.. too bad bc normally I rather would like to give a good review..

The onsen room was clean and temperature of the onsen water was just right. They have a lot of packages to choose from. We chose the onsen bath plus 90 mins massage 1650 thb. Children are also allowed at this place. There are packages for parent and child. If you do have LINE you can get 5%discount. Overall it was a pleasant experience and reminded me of onsen in Japan.

This massage parlor looks grand on the outside, but the hygiene inside is appalling. The towels they provided made my facial skin severely allergic, and my eyelids swelled to one centimeter thick… I have lived in Thailand for many years and this is the first time I have encountered… So irritating！
