Heard
about
this
place
in
a
gudie
book
and
a
couple
of
blogs.
This
was
our
first
introduction
into
Myanmar/Burmese
cuisine.
I
ordered
the
sticky
noodle
salad
which
was
packed
full
of
flavour
and
textures,
I'm
so
happy
to
of
started
this
culinary
journey
here
as
it
was
the
perfect
full
of
friendly
staff,
hungry
locals
and
the
odd
like
minded
tourist.
It's
a
simple
restaurant,
little
wooden
stools
with
a
good
sized
menu
of
what
I
now
know
to
be
some
Shan
regional
classics!
My
partner
had
the
sticky
noodle
soup
and
we
shared
a
plate
of
spring
rolls.
Everything
came
out
hot
and
beautifully
presented!
Complimentary
tea
and
broth
is
a
really
nice
touch.
It's
very
reasonably
priced
and
I
can't
fault
it
🙏
we
ate
here
twice,
the
second
time
we
ordered
the
tea
leaf
salad
and
some
tofu
which
were
also
delicious.
The
tea
leaf
was
spicy
but
not
enough
to
put
me
off
as
I'm
not
big
on
spice.
Full
of
flavours,
sweet,
salty,
spicy,
sour
and
varied
textures.
I've
been
a
chef
for
over
12
years
and
I
can't
tell
you
how
much
it
pleases
me
when
I
find
a
place
like
this.
So
thank
you
everyone
