😠 I made an appointment for my mother through the government services website to see doctor Oikina T.A. 2 weeks in advance. the doctor did not accept, citing the fact that she was keeping a PERSONAL record and recording it herself. Question!?!! On what basis does this doctor keep HIS PERSONAL RECORDS... People often mention doctor, appointment, clinic,

I made an appointment for my mother through the government services website to see doctor Oikina T.A. 2 weeks in advance. the doctor did not accept, citing the fact that she was keeping a PERSONAL record and recording it herself. Question!?!! On what basis does this doctor keep HIS PERSONAL RECORDS in the state clinic????? WHY DIDN’T YOU ACCEPT THE PATIENT BY APPOINTMENT?! WHY IS AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS SPECIALIST ACCESSIBLE IN PUBLIC SERVICES, but in fact the doctor works in PERSONAL mode? PLEASE PROVIDE AN OFFICIAL REPLY!

08/26/2019, 17:15. A few days after surgery on the bones of the foot, with difficulty leaning on my healthy leg, I rode an electric scooter to the clinic to ask about a dressing. I approached the information desk, driving the scooter (if I had been directed to some office, of course, I would have left it under the supervision of security). She did not move around the premises on a scooter. I was standing in line, and suddenly a security guard ran up to me and shouted, “What is this? This is not a train station for you, take this to the street!” I calmly noted that this thing was too expensive to leave outside, to which he replied, “You don’t need to take such things with you, if you can’t leave them, come on foot!” I explain to him that I can’t fully move and that I simply wouldn’t have gotten to the clinic on foot, because my leg had been operated on - and pointed to the post-rehabilitation shoes. By the way, my pain has not yet gone away, and during the day I have to take painkillers several times - and I used the scooter as a support for walking, among other things. But the guard didn’t seem to hear this and with rude insistence demanded that the scooter be taken out. Meanwhile, my bone with the knitting needle ached wildly, I turned around, hobbled to the exit and went home in tears from pain and resentment.

I came in with a wild headache, and the day before I was released from work with a blood pressure of 180/110. An ambulance arrived and they told me to see a therapist and make an appointment with a neurologist. Shahban met Akhdilov in such a mood that the desire to communicate with him somehow disappeared. Despite the fact that I repeated several times that my blood pressure was high and I had a terrible headache, I didn’t even want to listen and I DIDN’T measure my PRESSURE!!!! At the same time, he begins to prescribe me medications, but he wasn’t at all interested in where the headache came from. When I asked him to give me a referral to a neurologist, he doesn’t need to tell you this at all. Where do they recruit such mediocrities from? I will continue to complain about him!!! And now I’m sitting at home, swallowing painkillers in packs.

On February 9, I came to donate blood for tests. I was invited into the office while there was still a patient there, and that is why I saw that the man had a rash on his skin. Afterwards I was asked to sit down without cleaning the area after the patient in any way. When I asked to do this, the health worker’s tone changed, and she began to answer in a rude manner in a raised voice. She poured antiseptic on the area, and suggested that I put my hand into this puddle to draw blood. I have never seen more rude and unsanitary treatment. I won’t even mention the fact that afterwards they gave me some strange dry cotton wool, not soaked in alcohol, and the injection site burned for several hours.. Dear Ekaterina Petrovna, you still need to have a little more patience when working in such places.

I came to the clinic after surgery on my leg (varicose veins) to the surgeon V.V. Murashov. An excellent doctor, attentive, always sees you even without an appointment, always listens, examines wounds, does not refuse dressings, is kind. All this applies to the nurse. I advise you to sign up only with him, I ask the administration to pay attention do not lose such specialists if possible, give them bonuses somehow.. But I’ll add a spoonful to the review, when my doctor had a day off, I went to another surgeon O.N. Chernikov, this is the complete opposite of rude, he didn’t want to change the dressing because there was an hour left before the end of working hours (they drove me to hysterics), he doesn’t look at the wounds, the nurses (for some reason there are two of them) they don’t consider it necessary to bandage it with an elastic bandage (not their responsibility) they watch the patient squirm in front of them and bandage it himself And all this with disregard for the person who needs medical help. I ask the administration to be attentive to the reviews and resolve all patient issues. Thank you!!!!

It is impossible to enroll in this clinic not through government services or mos. RU. or even through EMIAS. Why do we need referrals for shelter if it is impossible to sign up for them? And this is almost always the case with all doctors.

Today, 07/11/2023, I had an appointment with the disgusting doctor, surgeon Evgeniy Alekseevich Chernikov. He didn’t even examine me, made a diagnosis and kicked me out the door. But the conversation is not about him, but about the nurse. An impudent, boorish toad, this woman lacks any moral standards. Shame on your clinic. We recruited shameless and corrupt creatures from an advertisement.

On June 12, I did spirometry in room 301 with Valentina Nikolaevna Mingalieva. I really liked the friendly relationship, she clearly explained the entire process of the procedure. I was left with a very good impression. Friendliness at the highest level! In this office I was surrounded by care and attention! Thank you so much, doctor and dear woman!

The clinic is a mess!!! since I complained of pain in the lower back, the therapist, after sending me for an x-ray, made an appointment with neurologist I. M. Shatilova (room 114), on March 15, 2018 at 18.45. Arriving 10 minutes earlier than the appointed time, I was surprised to find a line in the office , while the first in line was a person with a ticket for 17.15. When it was already 19.16, the same person had not yet been seen by a doctor. We must pay tribute to the doctor; shortly before the end of the work, all five thoroughly “pickled” people were accepted. At the appointment, I found out that my sore back was supposed to be treated by a therapist, and “why the therapists send all of us (patients) to a neurologist is unclear.” I made an appointment with a therapist and will forward the neurologist’s question to him. There’s no need to talk about the lack of a medical card; this is already a classic of the genre. In general, I was once again convinced that doctors do not want to work in clinics and, to put it mildly, patients are not welcome. (((

I visited an otolaryngologist who promised to prescribe ear medicine, but apparently Gudkova needs the medicine herself; she doesn’t have much of a memory. Maybe the manager will remind you, but I’ll come and swear, that’s for sure. Anzhelika Antonovna, wait.
