    I want to share my negative experience with this clinic. The employer organized vaccinations in this organization. I received both components of the Sputnik V vaccine on March 19 and April 9. But so far, i.e. June 28 (!!!), I do not have correct data about this on the State Services portal! Firstly, the data was entered only at the end of May (May 27) and only after my personal appeal. But also those with an error in the data on the introduction of components. After contacting the Moscow Department of Health, I received confirmation that it is the medical institution that enters vaccination data and is responsible for their correctness in EMIAS and State Services. Secondly, after repeatedly contacting Oris both by phone and by email, the data has still not been corrected. Considering the importance of information about vaccination in the existing anti-Covid measures, these violations of the Oris Company pose serious restrictions for me. However, Oris remained deaf to my appeals. I do not recommend contacting this organization due to its irresponsible attitude towards clients and the lack of any client-oriented approach.

    Had a medical examination. The staff even at the reception desk began to shout on the phone, and then swear with the visitor, who simply asked to explain why he was billed for something. When taking the coupon, no one warned that coupons were not valid for Gazprom employees. I sat for 40 minutes in a queue that I was not in. During the medical examination, the staff were as rude as they could, swearing, raising their voices, asking impudent and unpleasant questions up to the amount of my salary. The occupational pathologist actually went out to smoke and did not appear for 10-15 minutes. The services are quite expensive, and for this you get a disgusting attitude. I advise everyone, if possible, to use medical services elsewhere.

    сегодня мне в открытую хамил врач психиатр-нарколог. насмехалась над тем, что я два года готовилась к поступлению и не работала, после чего вставляла совершенно неуместные комментарии и грубо комментировала мой образ жизни, стоило мне сказать всего одну фразу - о курении. очень непрофессионально и в целом недопустимо по отношению к пациенту. такую наглость я вижу в первый раз. одна звезда за врача, который делал флюорографию. очень хороший и внимательный специалист. только вот почему-то стоит камера в углу кабинета, где люди раздеваются, такое тоже вижу в первый раз, и меня это очень насторожило. а я во многих клиниках была, к слову. в общем, если хотите, чтобы вам нахамили за ваши же деньги и поснимали в обнаженном виде без вашего ведома - вам в Орис :)

My daughter had braces and was naturally missing one front tooth, but as a result, the orthodontist prepared a place for an implant. The orthopedic doctor Malygin suggested building up the adjacent teeth; the filling material will fall off, the dentist said this is nonsense, you will have to put this material in for six months, as it will fly off quickly. Several times I asked Bucatina whether there was enough space for an implant, whether the artificial tooth would be the same as its pair, to which Bucatina did not pay attention, she had enough space for the operation and okay, what about everything else? The end result is just a huge tooth. Why did I pay that kind of money, why did I undergo such operations? How can a doctor make such a mistake? What do such doctors think, the health and life of the patients are in your hands. When in your life, in the life of your children and grandchildren, you meet such doctors and mock you, then you will understand what it’s like (I’m addressing such doctors who treat patients so negligently)

    This is not a clinic, this is a sharagin's office! I called three times to make an appointment for fluorography, they said the price was 1200. I called back and clarified the price! They said 1200!!! I arrived on the appointed day for the procedure, at the cash desk they said the payment was 1500!!!! How is that????? They say we didn’t have a price of 1200.....Three times it wasn’t!? The policy of this charade is clear!

    The company I work for vaccinated employees against COVID-19 who wanted to get vaccinated right at the workplace. I agreed because... I thought that it would be easy and quick, but this service was provided by the ORIS company, which turned out to be completely incompetent in this matter. It all started with the doctors of the ORIS clinic being one and a half hours late to our company’s office, which is why the company’s employees, who had pre-registered for vaccination at a time, formed queues, thereby completely paralyzing the work processes of the enterprise. Then all the doctors from the ORIS company were confused with the documents necessary for vaccination and the entire process of their work did not inspire any trust. As a result, after receiving the 2-component vaccination in July 21, as of January 22, I still did not receive the QR code on the public services portal. ORIS support asks you to write to their email. email, but after sending the message there is no response from ORIS. When applying for government services, support replies that honey. the organization did not provide data on vaccinations performed. As a result, it is now not clear how to get a QR code and whether it is now possible without getting vaccinated again, and my other colleagues who were vaccinated at work with the participation of this “clinic” also had problems with receiving a QR code.

    They do not issue properly certified copies of documents. I needed a certified copy of the license, but they only issue a photocopier without the signature of the person in charge. A shame! You pay for “medical services”, but it is impossible to obtain properly certified documents. The operator at the registry simply hands out a photocopier and when asked who to contact to have the document certified, he says “I have no right to certify.” What kind of rudeness is this? For your own money, you have to endure this! I wrote a complaint to the guest book, but noticed that the last few complaints over the previous months remained unanswered. Apparently no one even reads them. That's why I'm writing here!

    I made a medical record at this center. There was a typo in my middle name in the finished book. When submitting documents, I checked the data, everything was ok. As a result, I’ve been struggling with a typo for 2 weeks now and they can’t fix it. At first they somehow corrected it in the paper version of the book (they simply erased the full name and reprinted it on top - it looks like a fake), now they cannot correct it in the database in any way. I am forced to come to the clinic again, call, find out. Not all specialists behave unprofessionally, but the work system is not properly organized. I observed a similar situation with a typo with other clients of the clinic while I was resolving the issue with my own. Be carefull.
