They didn’t even respond to the official request by mail; they ignored it, which is a direct violation of the consumer protection law. I ordered two individual lessons, for myself and my son. I immediately warned that my son was 5 years old. In the end, they gave me one coach. A good climbing wall, although small. Lots of slight overhang, most of the routes are on the fingers and body. In winter, the parking lot is completely occupied by skiers’ cars; I didn’t expect that the shallow slopes were so popular. I left half an hour before closing, there was no one at the reception, I had to get my deposit for the key myself.

My son returned after an individual lesson with a cast. Yesterday my son had an individual lesson, according to the trainer, they were practicing safe falls. As a result, the child came out, all wet, as if they had poured water on him, he couldn’t lift his arm, it hurt, the coach said that everything was fine, at the first aid station at the climbing wall, a woman without a medical education diagnosed the sprain, gave Nurofen, and signed a piece of paper that there were no complaints , smart, we went to the emergency room, since my son could not raise his arm and it was painful, the x-ray showed a FRACTURE. Question to the administration, where was the coach looking, what kind of first aid station with the doctor, who didn’t even notice the swelling of the arm!!! A terrible place, I don’t even recommend going there, if something happens, the staff won’t be able to explain it clearly....

The men gave us a gift on March 8 and brought us to the climbing wall, ordering a group training session with a trainer. From the first minutes, the coach irritably commanded us where to stand, not to do too much, to move quickly, because we had little time. I had to make a remark to the trainer, as he had already crossed all boundaries in communicating with a client who came to have a good time for his money!!! The impression is disgusting. We haven't seen such poor quality service for a long time. And it doesn’t matter how well equipped the climbing wall is if you have such trainers. The bottom line is this: we will not return to this climbing wall. And in principle, I didn’t manage to fall in love with this activity because of the human factor. Well, the holiday was spoiled. They didn’t see the whole gym, they didn’t let us see, we were quickly taken from the locker room to the training area and quickly taken back out of the gym. The coach told the reception about a family with a child: they already feel at home in the gym. And people just put the child on the stairs. PS: we came as a family and included women of different ages, but all athletic and active.

I want to write about how a person’s attitude to business can ruin the whole holiday... I booked a group of five girls. They told me over the phone that there would be no one in the group except girls. I called and confirmed my reservation a week in advance. As a result, three more people were added to my booked group. The instructor was rude and didn't even introduce himself. Too serious, as if he was preparing the national team for the Olympic Games. But it wasn’t on the climbing wall’s website at all. Naturally, not a trace of the pleasant ATMOSPHERE remained from the first lesson, as well as from the holiday. When the administrator asked why more people were added to the group, they explained to me that I had not confirmed the reservation... They began to look into it, but my number was written incorrectly. Although, as I wrote above, I myself confirmed my reservation in advance. Thanks for ruining the holiday

I’ll say right away that the rating does not apply to the staff of the climbing wall and its quality. But at the same time, it is impossible to give more than one star when things are stolen in the locker room. My climbing shoes were stolen, I discovered they were missing 5 minutes later, when they were gone where they were, but the staff was unable to get through to the people who were leaving the climbing wall at that moment. Before this, about a year ago, there was an eyewitness to a case where a person had the entire contents of his locker stolen, i.e., in front of me, he opened it and found it empty
