A good place with good service. This place has nice views and the location of the place makes it a better place to enjoy a calm holiday. But some areas such as bathrooms and room facilities are not upto proper standard. Moderate changes needs to be made to make this place better.

Surrounding is beautiful. Road from wattegama to the hotel is not in a very good condition. But okay state. Parking space is not enough when there is a wedding or any other function going on. Wedding hall is spacious. Food was bad and quality seems terrible. Also cleanliness is not even there. The staff seems unpleasant even the service provide by them. They should maintain their facilities. Pool is available and also a play area for kids.

Avarage condition in everything ! Should have more attention to customers needs! And need to renovate rooms and facilities as well :-) There was one steward/overall service provider who is trying to keep the degnity of the hotel and he was a superman. Sorry I can't remember his name now :-( Buy many thanks should go to him for making us a good stay in Brookside.

A place that has no value for money. The service is almost non-existent. Not recommended

Many minor minuses.. but the most important - one of us got electroshocked by a lamp and it was really not safe, that shock was really big. Staff did not eeem bothered.

Average quality for the prices of the hotel. Rooms were old and some wash room doors dont have locks. More suitable for couples than a friend reunion.

Do not recommend it at all. One from our group was almost killed by electricity in the bathroom and hotel staff didn´t care at all. No one from employees was able to speak English so it was really complicated to deal with this situation. Otherwise, rooms was low-average, food was not bad, but waiting approx 2 hours and have a cold dinner in the end is not the best service

We Need to ask every necessary things, For a room only one towel, We need to ask for blankets, Old Television, poor room service, A/C not working properly & couldn't adjust the temperature, no lights and heater in swimming pool etc...

I stayed on 17th of January 2020. It's a nice location. But need uplift the standards with repairing around. Recommending to purchase baby high chair and good condition baby cots. Monkeys are all around and need regular cleaning service around.
