The client relationship management leaves much to desire. While the hotel is quite new and neat, the mobile network coverage is terrible. I'm still not able to figure out why that is. If you are in Yenagoa for a weekend and you don't mind noise and lack of good mobile network, you can give this hotel a try. I hope the management team will work on their relationship management. The front desk team is doing their best given though.

I haven't visited the apartments yet, just the outdoor & sit-out area behind. It's quite a sight at night with the lighting and the art on the walls. Mosquitoes didn't let us sit by the pool, and the VIP section was too stuffy as no one was there, so the a.c was off, and there were no windows. We ended up sitting in the mid spot, and it was OK. The fish we ordered was very spicy, drinks were chilled, and servers were pleasant. The space was also decent enough to have a conversation with cool music playing in the background.

standard rooms and suites, spacious parking lot. bar and pool area gives a good feel, customer service is top tier.

I've gone there once and I went there today for the second time only for me to be embarrassed at the gate that no indecent dressing 😂 like I don't get. I'm going there to spend my money and you're telling me what to wear?? Seriously! The security men there were so rude no form of professionalism

It was a very calm experience ... possibly one of the very best in Yenagoa. Though breakfast could be highly improved on... as well as minor room facility upgrades

Southern Atlantic Hotel and apartment has been the best hotel i have ever stayed in yenagoa. Let me give them 5 Star.

Quiet, cool and serene. The suya and grilled fish takes too long on order but besides that, everything is great.
