It is sited in a great and accessible location and very secured, really pleasant environment and clean rooms. The experience is really memorable than just a plain service, the one thing I didn’t like about the rooms are the air conditioner doesn’t cool faster but still a good place. The meal also is plentiful and really delicious. Thanks to your staff for making it such a good comfortable stay at your hotel

It's a good place for relaxation with swimming pool, the most amazing part is that they produce their own table water which is so clean and healthy to drink.

Poor state of service. The reception was largely unmanned most of the time. There was no POS available. The room had bedding with stains on them, there was no water in the bathroom and the WC was leaking. The TV could not be switched on as there was no remote control to operate it. The wall mounted Air-conditioning was very noisy . Overall I would not be returning to this hotel.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of yenagoa. It is about 10 mins away from the most notable locations in the city. It is easily accessible from major routes in the city.

Arguably the busiest hotel in Yenagoa. If you want peace and quiet then this place is "not" for you. Great location relative to shops and entertainments areas.

Ayalla Hotels Limited is strategically located in the heart of Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. The structures and facilities in the hotel are top-notch and they are properly maintained. The premises of the hotel is very clean, serene and secured. Above all, the workers in the hotel are diligent, forthright, prompt and exhibit utmost courtesy. I think it's a place worth visiting.

Complete shambles of a hotel... even hotel racketeering happened while I was here. Shower was rubbish, AC was barely working. Staff were just not up to par. Yahoo boys hotel

Very pleasant, conducive, and clean, well functioning, except there's power outages some times, but that's not a major problem, aside that I'd definitely recommend it for you or anyone you know, it's by far the best hotel I've been to in yenegoa

I believe with no doubt that this is the worst hotel I've stayed in a while. The cleanliness in the hotel is next to non-existent and the customer service process is poorly designed. I requested a change of room and I thought I was given a better room. I wasn't. I had planned to stay five nights with my colleagues but checked out after a night. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was in bad shape, the water was untreated and the noise from the "night pool life" (for a lack of better description) kept my other colleagues up at night.

Very big hotel with poor maintenance. A Standard room is quite big. I had to change rooms thrice because either the bathrooms/toilets had one malfunction or the other. The room I eventually stayed in wasn't properly cleaned - dust lurking in corners. No AC Remote to regulate the temperature! Apart from the manager who was reasonable and apologetic, other staff had zero professionalism in them - from receptionist to porters. Either that or we met them on a bad day.

The toilet in the room I stayed in, room 102 had a bad smell that affected the air in the entire room. Toilet was too dirty. The water was just too hard and dirty. The water heater doesn't work properly. The bed was very uncomfortable.

I was so NOT impressed! For all the hoopla about this hotel, it simply is a glamorous dinosaur!!! Antiquated and becoming a relic fast!

One of the best and oldest in hospitality service providers in Bayelsa State. Their service is okay and their rooms not too bad. They are constantly making effort to ensure they have up to date facilities/structurea within the place.

I'm not hated the Ayala hotel, But the high expensive accomodation's for the youthful led them to lose they humanities. Accoding to the human cycling entire life.

😐 A decent hotel within the city centre. Rooms are good enough. Customer service is okay. Porters were courteous. The hotel rate is affordable for different types of room you go for. 😐 This hotel is quite big. I got lost in the hallways a few times lmao. The rooms are big and adequately furnished. The rooms are really not bad. The bathrooms could use a facelift though.
