Oh this place was just right for me. From the cuddly duvets to the very neat bathrooms and that lively receptionist hose smile sounded through the intercom 😄 Give yourself a treat whenever you get to Yenegoa; not too expensive yet very high quality service. Kudos to the management!

A decent hotel within the city centre. Rooms are good enough. Customer service is okay. Porters were courteous. The hotel rate is affordable for different types of room you go for. Hotel could do better with the management of facilities beyond just the reception. I noticed that the hotel didn't change my sheets twice in a row, duvet for like three days and I had to call their attention. Saw cobwebs in the room and this was after the room was cleaned for guest check in. These were all taken care of after I made several calls.

One of the very few good hotels in Yenagoa. A Standard room (pictures are those of an Executive Room) goes for about 25k/night (without complimentary breakfast). Rooms are fairly big and decent. The room and premises are clean. Staff were polite, with the exception of one front desk staff. Appliances are functional.

Power outage during the night snd I was left sweating . Again there was power outage while I was having my bath and lo and behold the water began to drip. Frustrating!!. Staff very nice and courteous except one lady.

It's a good place to stay. But not for those who would want to depend on hotel wifi. The wifi is "connected, but no internet" same as no wifi.

Rooms are averagely sized. Toilets and showers (water pressure and rust) need to be upgraded . It was a Peaceful visit. The staff were generally courteous.

The first issue is the parking space is very small. We had to park outside, which isn't very comfortable. The hotel is located at the centre of town. I stayed in the Deluxe suite (25k per night). It wasn't bad and it wasn't impressive, just mid. Power isn't on 24 hours. There's no complimentary breakfast. Each room has mini fridge so you can store your drinks or food. I think there's a big room for improvement in the quality of their rooms. I would mention that a staff washed my car, which was very nice of them!

The hotel looks nice from outside, the rooms are spacious (except the classic rooms) and the location is central. It is said to be 1 of the top hotels in the town, but so many things are not right: the AC in the room I stayed was so noisy & wasn't cooling and nothing was done even though I complained; there were no complimentary water / beverages; also, maintenance is definitely an issue: the bathroom tiles, wash hand basin & WC have lots of stains from inadequate / improper cleaning; the door panel of ny room was broken but unattended to and so cockroaches came into the room 🤢🤮😡; the mattresses are not firm and some are already sunken (checked 3 rooms, including an Executive room); the food per portion is small and taste wasn't all that. I was very disappointed but didn't have a choice as the No 1 hotel was fully booked 😥😥.

Brass suite is located along Azikoro Road, adjacent old Assembly quarters, Yenagoa. If you're coming from the Sani Abacha Exp, Brass is immediately after the Old Assembly quarters. But if you're coming from Ekeki Park, it's before the assembly, across the road
