I actually don't like it's environment, not the hotel. Helen Terrace has made sure that they mess up the environment in which they're situated. At times, the refuse from their external pipes leading to the street inside comes out, and it's so disgusting. The dirty water from their kitchen, the disposable bags, sachets, etc are all littered on the ground where people walk through. The pipe is connected to the road, and there are houses there. The smell is horrible. Those passing by the street behind have to close their noses when passing. The owner is meant to carry out his cooperate social responsibility, but no. He's making the place so uncomfortable for those of us leaving there. When the water in the hotel is been pumped, the water enters straight into someone else's compound, and when they're tank is been washed, the iron water is disposed off in my compound😤. We've tried to reason with him concerning all this, but it seems like he's not taking any action, but I hope this will. To the owner, please stop carrying out your business by discomforting others, please.

Its a nice place

The bathroom was smelling, the water heater wasn't working. Their tv is without remote and not clear stations. But the staff are friendly, complimentary breakfast is also nice.

A good place to relax and have fun, very brilliant interiors.

Lodged here 6th of January 2022, wasn't impressed at all, from the Air conditioner, the door to the room, bathroom and toilet sitter was a mess, irritating. They have a lot of work to do. Their service is equally poor.

HT hotel is a two- story building located in Bay-bridge, Yenagoa. It's a nice hotel with good dishes but no SPA and sweaming pools.

I just love the customer service makes me want to keep coming back
