We came with our kids (19, 11, 5) for 4 days stay and all of us had a wonderful time. The food was tasty and the variety was great. The animation team (especially Daniel and Paulina) made the stay special by kipping us entertained every evening and the kids busy and happy while participating in the kids activities. Thank u. We definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

First night we had a cockroach in the room, ended up moving into a better room with swim up pool which was nice and unexpected. The hotel is nice but definitely can tell it's an older hotel. No key cards for the room but normal keys. Decoration a bit outdated. But overall nice hotel. Gym is well equipped even though old fashioned. Theres a little shop which is good and cheap so you can fill up the mini fridge. Pool is good although people have reserved the pool seats before you've even had breakfast. There's not really a beach here but you can get into the sea, slightly rocky. It's also a out a 20-30 minute walk into town. Breakfast buffet was good, I only ate at the pool bar once because the food was pretty bad. Most days are lunch and dinner outside of the hotel.

The hotel was spacious and spotlessly clean with loads of facilities, great pools and a decent beach. The food was so good in the main Atrium restaurant that it excelled that in the restaurants in town. The real clincher though, was the staff. They were, without exception, helpful, cheerful and friendly. It is almost unfair to single out individuals but Ilona at the pool bar was lovely and Maria, in the Atrium restaurant made showing us to our table fun. You felt as though you were leaving friends when you left. We'll definitely be returning.

I can recommend the Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel 100 percent for a holiday stay in Cyprus. The hotel has a wide range of room types to choose from and we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere , beautiful sea views and gardens of the hotels. The hotel has various restaurants and bars and we did not need to search a restaurant for our dinner . We enjoyed a relaxing break without any rush and stress - exactly as we needed. My big thanks to the Athena Beach Staff

This hotel is outstanding, I can't wait to go back next year. I can't find anything to fault at this hotel. I'd be amazed if anyone did find fault. You are so well looked after, nothing is too much trouble. There is something for everyone at this hotel, and in my eyes they think of everything down to the finest detail. And the beds, for me are the most comfortable I've ever slept in in Europe. Better than all the other European hotel beds put together. I would highly recommend this hotel. One more note, the animation team here which I think go under the name of Pink Wave are an absolute asset to this hotel. They aren't over the top or in your face and have a good variety of daily activities for all ages. The hotel is perfectly situated and to me is the most attractive one on the walkway, it's seems to be the only one that is covered in beautiful flowers, very eye catching. And it's pretty much right on the beach. I could go on and on. Like I say , really looking forward to my next visit.

Lovely place, great food, fab location. Some of the staff in dining room had a REALLY bad attitude - shouting at us for sitting at wrong table, rude, unfriendly. An African lady called Tito (?) who showed people to tables was particularly unpleasant, rolling her eyes and very very rude. The maître d' was a very arrogant man who doesn't understand customer service. Such a shame as everything else about the hotel was exceptional. They let it down. Might be an idea to teach them how to speak to paying guests.

Had a lovely time at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly. The food was great but we found every night it was a little bit the same . There was no kids section for chicken nuggets or pizza what they all like. We found it a bit strange with the all inclusive how it worked the time you checked in on the first day of your holiday was the time your card finished on your last day. Ours finished at 3.30 in the afternoon we wasn't being picked up until 8.45 that evening. I always thought all inclusive was until you was picked up. All in all we did have a lovely time . Rooms were very clean and spacious .

Excellent hotel with good size rooms and great food. Always a great selection available for all the meals and in between. The hotel is situated to get a fantastic sunset every night - people travel for other parts of the island just to see the sunset here. The room we had was large and clean with the towels etc being changed every day if you so wish. Tea and coffee in the rom too and even a fridge. The only issue we had was the location too far to walk into the main town as the coastal path is is too long and the roads don always have any footpaths nor lighting. Taxi ride is €15 into Paphos - 6km! A great place to stay though, I would definitely go back.

Just got back from an 12 night stay no complaints. First class staff at all levels went all inclusive and superior room could use the roof top bar at night (adult only) a wide selection of drinks available there and the bar staff were excellent they noticed when your glass was getting low and were there to get your next order. Personally we would not go at this time of year again as there were too many children (we like children but some parents did not monitor their children's behaviour).

Rooms are a bit outdated (carpet with this climate?) but all in all a very good hotel. Great location, nice hotel beach and also very close to other public beaches if you want to. Staff are excellent and very good in helping you; one note to the management though, tell the lady at the egg station at breakfast to smile a bit more as she looks so grumpy and puts people off.

I was here for a two week bowling holiday. So I spent a lot of my time in and around the hotel. The variety of food on offer every day is excellent. I would be happy to recommend it to anyone. The beach is right in front of the hotel, with all the needed equipment for a day in the sun. There are numerous swimming pools, which are kept in tiptop condition, for those needing to cool off. I shall be booking again today for next year's trip

Been to this hotel twice now. The first time qas great, good food, lovely area, close to the harbour and shopping. The staff are amazing and can't be faulted. They offer branded drinks, good selection of food and great entertainment. My most recent visit, I thought while the entertainment was even better, with a fireworks display for Halloween and traditional dancing, the food went down. Not as much variety, to which they often repeated dishes, bad for fussy eaters, very little for kids too. Overall good hotel, just wish the food was better.

Our stay was ruined by the reception management staff. They were rude from arrival until we left. On our last night, they tried to charge us for dinner when we were half board, we ended up with no food. Quite unacceptable behaviour. The "restaurant" staff, bar staff and room cleaners are friendly and excellent. The only reason this "elite" hotel scored 1 star. As for the restaurant, the food is overcooked and mediocre. The wine is appalling and very expensive. They do not use local produce as they claim. There are many superb local vineyards nearby, none were offered in this hotel. The selection of cooked meats, that claim to be turkey or ham I wouldn't feed to a dog. Ultra processed food, fatty unpalatable and awful. The restaurant scrummage is not a great experience. Battling past arms and elbows to get to the hot bland food with sloppy sauces is no fun. Much of it seems to be bought in. Basically ready-made reheated dross. Breakfast seems an inconvenience for the hotel. I'm no fan of dried inedible "bacon" or cheap tasteless fatty sausage. The coffee is strong and doesn't taste like coffee. Rooms are dated, a bath with a browning rubber mat and a clinging shower curtain. Not suitable for anyone with a disability. The balcony was dark and dismal. We had a "view of the gardens" or more accurately the car park and next hotel. The hotel grounds are clean and very tidy. The bar staff are pleasant and do their jobs very well. Had it not been for the awful, rude and aggressive duty managers staff at reception I would not have left a review. We won't be coming back here again. I feel sorry for the polite and pleasant members of staff working here.

This place is really good. However, I’m sure it’s the time of year (November) but it’s like being on the film set ‘Cocoon’. The average age of guests is 75+ The sea was warmer than the pool. Everything was very good, a 4* experience which is what it is… Although, why do they put 2 separate bed sheets on the one big bed. I’ve never experienced this before, very weird. Buffets really high standard

Excellent 4 star on the strip. Good food and hands on management and staff. Every evening is a themed dinner. Plenty of pools and a new kids mini aqua park. Just 5 minutes walk to restaurants and 30 minute to the harbour. Bus stop right outside.

Large hotel well run by management for its size. Rooms spotlessly clean with tea/coffee making facilities. Good quality white towels. Comfy beds with good quality cotton sheets. All staff very professional and helpful. Food good. Al la carte restaurants excellent.

Absolutely amazing, the staff are great, the all inclusive is so very worth it and the food is amazing with a great selection. The rooms are spacious and fairly modern and there are plenty of space to sunbathe by the beach or pools. There is also an adults only area wonderful for quiet sunbathing or reading. Staff at reception sometimes miss out details on check in if it's busy but apart from that 10/10 would definitely go again.

Fabulous hotel, the best breakfast I’ve had away in many years. Lovely rooms, huge bed and clean balcony. The bathroom was very nice indeed. Relaxing gardens and great footpath along towards town

The worst hotel you could come in. Rooms were not cleaned for 2-3 days even when we asked about it several times. The same with the tables next to the pool (the one between sun beds). You could come next day and see stains and glasses from yesterday. The last day we had a late check out. We asked for it and they gave us for free as we had superior room. But that day they told we have to move out at noon (with 1yo baby) and blocked our wi fi. Awful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful, super clean rooms, great breakfast, wonderful hotel beach so close to the building. And I must say, especially the ladies working here really made our stay perfect! Thank you Katharina for all your tipps for exploring the island and for booking the best tour for us, thank you to the nice, very hands on lady who always was so helpful at the reception and thank you to the very nice lady in the shop who always had a smile and a few nice words. You all made the stay extra comfortable and special!

Stayed at this hotel for my son's wedding with our children The staff here are amazing . They go out of their way to accommodate a smile every day We had 5 children with us and stayed fully inclusive . The children don't want to leave, and my 7 year old daughter asked if we could move here . The food was plentiful and a choice for everyone .Activities during the day and night to keep all happy I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a single or family stay. The pools and hotel are spotless and staff everywhere, which explains why there are no rubbish bins . You do not have to go to the bar for refreshments as staff cater for you all day and up to midnight It is that good here, and with plenty to do, you wouldn't even need to leave fully inclusive Thank you for your hospitality Athena Beach hotel From the Brown family

Everything about this hotel was just absolutely amazing! Every single member of staff were so friendly and polite and ensured we had a lovely stay, the hotel itself was beautiful especially at sunset the view was stunning. They had lots of great facilities including an indoor heated pool alongside several outdoor pools, table tennis, spa facilities and a tennis court. Me and my boyfriend had such lovely massages here their spa is definitely worth a visit! Everything was really close by most of the time we walked everywhere and on the occasions we did take cab it was a very short and quick journey. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Paphos!

I can not recommend this hotel enough. We stayed for 7 nights in a room with sea view and had a great time. The beds are super comfortable and big. We had everything we need. The buffet is okay, not perfect but there's option for every diet. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back again.

Have just got back from the Athena beach hotel after 4 night stay. Hotel located in a great area, plenty of restaurants nearby and only a 15min walk down to harbour area. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed B&B and had elite privileges, breakfast at the elite restaurant was fantastic, lots of choice. The hotel general areas and room were clean. Lots of activities on at the hotel for guests. Would definitely visit here again.

Just spent a week there for February half term and what an amazing hotel, it was a perfect stay for our little getaway, the food was amazing all the staff are so nice and also amazing. My little one had the best time she was entertained throughout as they have so much for kids to do from the indoor swimming pool to a games room and also the entertainment they provided for the kids was just brilliant my little girl didn’t want to leave. They have a lovely spa there which I enjoyed very much had my hair done and a nice massage. The weather was amazing for February so we couldn’t of asked for anything else. Thank you to everyone at Athena beach for one of the best stays we have ever had at a hotel.

Large hotel, so can be a longer walk to your room. Variety of dining rooms , various live entertainment each night. Clean, comfortable throughout. Experienced, friendly staff always at hand to assist. Situated on seafront, with easy walk to harbour, or bus stop outside at front. Shops nearby

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at this amazing hotel. Staff friendly and attentive, they go out of their way to help. The hotel itself is immaculate - our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries replenished. We were bed and breakfast - the variety of fresh food available is fantastic. The pool areas are brilliant with plenty of sunbeds. We stayed here last year too and will be booking for next very soon xxx
