Stayed here for 3 night on my trip to Jogja. And it already feels like home. The food was amazing. Breakfast was never disappointing. All the staff was so friendly, the service already proof that this place is indeed 4 start hotel. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Jogja.

One of the best hotels selection around malioboro area The room was nice, staff is really helpful, lot varieties for breakfast definetely you wont get bored, and tastewise also acceptable

All staff are very welcome and full of hospitality, I felt like home during stay here , started from check in until checkout and the food are outstanding all dishes so tasty and yummy ,they’re so amazing specially mr otniel ,ms dini , ms tian , cheff arif , Krisna , raffi I can’t remember all the names, but it was memorable experience that we did, thank you alana malioboro we’ll coming back soon .

The service is top notch. Hotels employees are so welcoming and helpful, especially its room service. I left with a wreck of a room, and I came back to a fully clened room, without any of my belongings missing or out of place. They are as they were when I left them. They also left me extra toiletries when the initial one is not even depleted yet. Smiles everywhere, overall great experience 👍.

I stayed at Hotel Alana Malioboro for 4 nights with business colleagues on a business assignment reaching more than 100 participants. we really enjoyed the location of the Alana hotel in the city center where everything is located in one of the central areas of Jogjakarta around Malioboro. The entire staff and manager are amazing, very helpful and responsive, all food is available fresh, full breakfast menu, very delicious, and the rooms are nice and clean, the ballroom is nice, this hotel is highly recommended. longing to return to Hotel Alana Malioboro Thank you

Outstanding hospitality by the staffs, especially at the restaurant, showing enormous empathy to elderly citizen. We were lucky that during the stay at the weekend not to bring vehicle, as parking lot is limited, no multilevel parking lot available.

Best experiences you'll get for a good service, clean room, good food. Located on the busy road so you can find anything nearby. Parking lot was not very large so when the hotel were packed / full, sometimes you have to park your car far from the lobby door

Great central location I stayed at Hotel Alana Malioboro for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well.

Nice and central. Amazing staff. Fun to just simply do full board. They accommodated my dietary restrictions and I ate great. They could use some more business services but that's a small ask.

We were assigned in a smaller room, a bit hard to move because we have a big suitcase but clean. Wifi was very very slow. Nevertheless, great service, friendly staff and top location.

Rooms are clean and quiet, good security system where you can only access the floor of your room with your card-key inside the elevators. The hotel staff are very friendly and polite. The breakfast has a good selection of tasty local dishes and quite a variety of fruit juices... I helped myself to 2 servings... a piece of this and a little of that, add some of their local creamy salad sauce... simply delicious...😜 The waitresses will occasionally come around and offer samosas and other tibits... thats service!!!!

The service is excellent. The ambience of hotel so comfort. It's nice to stay here. And breakfast so perfect handled by Harri, Iqbal & Ajeng. And the varian of breakfast menu its more than enough.

-1 star because the cold water dispenser on 6th floor just doesn’t work, checking almost every 2-3hrs but still no cold mineral water comes from there, tried to use the mini fridge on the room but the fridge doesn’t work either, my room temp mineral water still lukewarm even after 2 days on that mini fridge. I had to order room service to get me a bowl of ice cube for 15k rupiahs.

Very exciting and fun, holidays with children and family at this hotel provide a special experience, there is a swimming pool to unwind, beautiful scenery, thank you for the chef and staff there. maybe next year I will come back :)

Rather small building, and location is not that close to Malioboro shopping arcade. Room is okay in size, and quite clean. But service is satisfying, we came down for breakfast once and found no seat. Understandable since this was on high season. They promised to call once seat was available, and we went back to our room. Less that 5 mins they called, the seat was ready. We appreciate this, they try very hard to serve us well. And food was great, all was tasty, and wide range. They even served popcorn, crepes and ice cream then! Parking lot was quite a few but one night we still couldn't find a place, so we used their valet service. We stayed 4 nights, deluxe premier rooms.

It's couple times already stay here, overall is good. More choices for breakfast, just need mini pastries for a cup of coffee. The staffs also helpfull. I'll come back again. Thank you so much!

I love everything about this hotel, the food was perfect, they had lovely service, very smiley faces people, I love all the staffs here, they are very friendly especially Ricky, his service was perfect. OMG the food were very delicious, thanks to the cooker and all staffs involved in cooking the delicious meals. For Dinner, you have 2 choises, buffet or à la carte. Room is clean. In general, The staff is very friendly and professional😍 Keep it up!

my pleasure to be in the alana hotel, the room is comfortable enough to stay in. The breakfast had a lot variant menu and have fresh juice to drink, the view in the swimming pool area have a chill place and cool place to have some conversation. dear mas putra, it helped be a lot for the hotel services.

Got a non smoking north view 8th floor room, so could see the magnificent merapi quite clearly Lots of menu from the 6-10 am breakfast (various indonesian traditional food-booth, bread corner, thus found something new than other hotels : pop corn, crepes) The staffs definitely deserve 5 stars

When I checked-in, I am glad that I made the right choice. The ambiance is perfect, it looks cozy and luxurious. They really prioritize and accommodate their guests. We will surely go back here soon. I highly recommend this hotel y'all!

Service very good, food is great mostly traditional food and drinks. Environmental friendly> support no plastic bottle policy. Receptionist Delinda was very accomodating, and Supevisor Janu and Vina were accomadating as well.

The service is great, the room and facilities are completely good, clean, neat,there are television programs with clear images, and the most things I like is the breakfast that are served with many different kinds of food. Overall, it's a good deal for the price offered

So far the staffs are helpful and nice though I am little concern over some staffs' understanding on restaurant nearby or even wellknown restaurant like Bu Agenh. This is a shame. Bed is ok. Coffee utensil is ok, not good. You have to take water from hallway for non plastic bottle campaign. Location is at southern part of Yogya, and not far from Alun2 Kidul (South square of the palace), near Tamansari and not far from the palace and cart museum.

The location is good, but not close to Malioboro Street actually. It's near the southern city square (alun-alun kidul). Overall, it's not a bad place for staying in the middle of town.

Recommended place to stay when you are visiting Yogyakarta, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, room is clean and no broken facility. They have a various kind of food for breakfast, the food tastes good, great services especially Mas Alif the one who was waiting for us, he is very intuitive and very fast response.

I stayed here for couple of days for personal purposes. Eventually, we came here on a peak season so the price is somehow a bit pricey but still affordable. I love the ambience of the hotel, even it emerges with the modern style, we can see the traditional touch in some spaces. The room is also spacious, clean, and provides the amenities, such as bath soap, body lotion, shower cap, cotton bud, and shampoo. Even though some people said the foods are decent, but based on my perspective, the foods are mouthwatering and there are various dishes that we can try, especially the Indonesian and local food. We can also have jamu or traditional herb’s, include beras kencur, kunyit asam, gula asam. The facilities are good, the hotel has gym and swimming pool, even the area is not that big. Another good things to stay in this hotel is the location that near from the restaurants and the convenient stores. One thing that the management should improve is the unsteady WIFI and Internet connection. When we substituted to our Internet provider, the Internet was still slow.

It was amazing hospitality! Even the Head Chef help me to searching a table for my family. Room was great, very clean, cool and comfortable. Hot water worked well. This was my second stay at alana Malioboro. The room with a single bed feels more spacious. The hotel staff service was good and friendly; the shower problem was also quickly responded to and immediately fixed. Food was good, but the daily variety needs to be more appetizing. Restaurant staff service was good, friendly and helpful. Although some are still training and interns, they all serve well and friendly. Thank you to Ms. Ajeng who has a sweet smile and asked about the problems I experienced while at the hotel and asking about the menu at the restaurant.

Nice experience of staying here. Service is still great although it was a peak season so the guests were so many. I love the foods though, various kinds and all is delicious. 🫶🏼
