The Thai boxing training place is comfortable, clean and the trainers are very good. You have to be mentally and energetically prepared because you are guaranteed to sweat a lot. Enjoy your class

The most recommended place if you want to take yoga classes imho, there are various types of yoga classes available, and the instructors actually KNOW what they are doing(it’s quite hard to find that aspect in jogja) PLUS they speak fluent english too!!! I would suggest checking their instagram first to see the schedule👌🏼

Nyaman untuk muaythai.. krn tidak terlalu banyak orang.. coachnya jg sabar dan iñformatif.. kekurangannya yaitu latihan 1 jam tp kenapa jdnya 45menit??
