It's very easy to prepare as all you need to carry is underwear, a bottle of hydrogen water, and the soaps you'll need for a shower. (We added a change of clothes, towel, and hydrogen water options) It's impossible to exercise while sweating! That's what I thought, but surprisingly it wasn't stuffy and I actually felt refreshed after it was over! I feel like I can go here for a long time! Talking is not allowed inside the facility, so everyone seems cool, but the other day, when I was lining up, I forgot something and got out of line, and when I tried to get back in line, I was asked to please return to my original position. There were two people. Everyone is actually kind. I haven't compared it to other hot yoga classes, but I think it's very good.

スタジオにタオルを敷く位置の目印があるので、他の方との距離を取れるよう考慮されていると思います。 でも、人によっては、その印とは関係なく場所取りをされているので目印はただの目安なのかな?! これまで少人数でのヨガ教室に通っていて、細かい指導を一人一人にしてもらえていましたが、こちらの場合は受講者が多くて一人一人へのアドバイスは当然無理だと思うけど自分が正しく動けているのか不安ですが… まだ始めたばかりなので、前向きに通えたらと思います。

5月から入会しました。施設が綺麗で、会員の方々もマナーを守って利用されています。 他の会員の方とも話をしないので、よりヨガに集中出来ます。 これから、もっと色々なクラスを体験したいです。
