I mainly use free weights. I used to go to the gym 24 hours a day, I wanted to take a bath after training, so I joined Oasis Kohoku. [Free weight] Maybe it's because they're all lined up and there aren't many serious people. It's basically always empty. 2 smiths, 2 bench presses, 1 rack This time is 20 minutes. Write the time on the whiteboard. 2 adjustable benches, 1 chinning bench, 1 curl bench There is no particular limit here, but up to 2 sets of dumbbells, There is a note saying. The dumbbell weight is up to 34kg, so it may not be enough for serious people. Includes 3 training belts, no dipping belt. [Machine] There is a complete set of machines, and most of them are There are 2 or more. No chest fry machine. [Aerobic machine] Lots of treadmills, bikes, and cross trainers. [Pool] I've never used it, so I've omitted it. 【studio】 I heard from the explanation when joining that it is a reservation system. I have not used anything else, so I will omit it. 【locker】 It is always clean as it is cleaned frequently. 【bath】 This is probably the biggest selling point of Oasis Kohoku. There are probably many people who chose this gym to join here. Gym members can use the paid super public baths for free. I understand that the gym membership fee is a little higher than other gyms. However, it feels crowded at night. Sometimes there is a wait for the sauna. A gym with straight-flowing hot springs, open-air baths, and tall chairs. I don't think there are many. I think it's a good gym overall. I think the free parking for 3 hours is also a good point.

I registered as a member for the first time in about 10 years. He has established a period of 15 days a month where he uses sports machines to train his muscles and become more flexible, and aims to continue this by the end of the year.

I've been holding back for a long time, but I'm nearing my limit, so I'll write about it. I want to relax after a hard workout, but hot springs and saunas are really noisy. 70% of people enter quietly, and the remaining 30% keep talking loudly, so I think it's bothering other people as well... I've seen some reviews that say it's noisy, so why don't they put up a sign saying "conversation should be done in a whisper"? It was very noisy when I went in the afternoon, and even more noisy when I went in the evening. Even if you go there thinking it's late at night, it's noisy. It would be a miracle if there was a quiet time! I feel that the customers of Relaxing Coco will be surprised. I don't mind having conversations with people I know, but I think most of them are people who want to relieve their fatigue and relax, so I want you to think about the volume. The other day, I heard an old lady say things like, ``People who say it's too noisy should just go to a private sauna!'' and it made me dizzy. Is it because of the heat of the sauna? Everyone is very exemplary and kind when it comes to how to use the lockers in the changing room and saying "excuse me" when the time comes, so I don't think this will improve unless Oasis takes care and makes rules. . This is the only facility that is really disappointing, even though it is one of the few wonderful facilities that has a gym and hot spring. If things continue to be noisy without notices or improvements, I'm thinking of quitting my membership.

We had a baby swimming experience for kids. I couldn't decide whether to join after just one day's trial, so I booked a one-week free trial online, but the monthly subscription came on the third day and I couldn't continue. I chose this date because I had never had a big deviation before, but since I arrived two weeks early, I called to see if I could experience the remaining four days on another day, but it was not possible. . Furthermore, he explained, ``The museum is closed this Saturday, so you won't be able to experience it.'' I wonder why they didn't tell me when I applied for the experience... Also, I don't understand why I had to go to the trouble of filling out my contact information on the day of the application, even though I had written my address and other information when I applied online. Also, there was no place for adults to change clothes in the changing room, so it was completely visible. I gave this rating because some people used the lockers with their locker keys in, and there were many cases of confusion. I wish they could be a little more flexible in responding to situations such as poor health...

I have been using it for several years. There is not only a sports gym here, but also a hot spring facility next door, which you can also use. I think the gym equipment and staff are good. As for the problem, this is more about Oasis as a whole than this store, but I think something can be done about the fact that there is a regular holiday every week. Although there are gyms nearby that are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it is closed every Wednesday, and there are 60 days a year when it is unavailable, including the year-end and New Year holidays, and it closes at 9:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 7:00 p.m. on Sundays. Sometimes time is short People who work on Sundays may find it difficult to use the service depending on when they get home. In addition, the hot springs cannot be used during the above-mentioned closed Wednesdays. Even though the hot spring itself is open. Recently, an option was added to the monthly membership fee to allow you to take a hot spring bath any time for an additional 3,000 yen, but since the monthly membership fee is about twice as much as other gyms, it is not an option but a default option that allows you to take a hot spring bath every day. want. If we were to be open until 11pm every day, regardless of the day of the week, I think the current membership fee would be acceptable, but if the weekly closing days and shortened business hours on Saturdays and Sundays continue, I would like the membership fee to be lower. The current full-time membership fee is about 16,000 yen, but I would like it to be lowered to about 13,000 yen if I take a day off every week and shorten my weekends.

Yesterday on May 1st, all air conditioning in the women's locker room was turned off, and a large electric fan was placed in the powder corner where hair dryers were used. When I used the hair dryer after taking a bath, it was so hot that I couldn't stop sweating when I got home. Even though we were just closed for air conditioning repair work, is it broken again? While we are still worried about the coronavirus, we are worried that the air conditioning will be shut down in a very severe situation. What does that mean?

During the initial consultation, I received clear and concise answers to my consultation questions, and was also able to teach me how to use the muscle training machine and self-stretch, which made me very satisfied.

It's a pain that the membership fee exceeded 10,000 yen, but I think it's worth it. The equipment is not new, but it feels like it has been well maintained. It has a bath, and the staff are all nice, so I think I'll keep coming here for a while!

I am back as a member after a long time. I'm satisfied with all the training equipment available, but the locker room feels old. It's probably time for a repair.
