My
mother
was
hospitalized
and
taken
care
of.
There
are
a
few
things
I
would
like
people
to
keep
in
mind
when
making
phone
calls.
When
you
call,
it
seems
that
both
the
reception
and
the
ward
can
take
outside
lines.
If
your
ward
has
taken
your
call,
there
is
a
high
probability
that
you
will
not
be
able
to
get
an
extension
to
the
reception
desk,
so
it
is
better
to
call
back.
Also,
〇〇
is
taking
care
of
the
family
members
who
have
been
hospitalized.
When
I
talk
to
someone
from
the
ward,
most
of
the
time
when
someone
is
on
the
phone,
they
ask
me
what
floor
they
are
admitted
to.
I
am
asked.
Eh.
.
.
From
my
point
of
view,
I
don't
know,
so
I
would
like
you
to
look
into
it.Thank
you
for
your
help
over
the
past
five
years,
but
I
can't
talk
about
it.
In
this
case
as
well,
if
the
ward
answers
the
phone,
it
is
better
to
call
back
several
times
until
the
receptionist
answers.
Because
I
don't
have
time.
Except
for
the
receptionist
and
certain
other
people,
communication
within
the
ward
is
not
functioning
at
all,
so
there
are
things
that
need
to
be
communicated,
things
that
need
to
be
done,
and
things
that
are
requested
by
the
ward
(for
example,
in
the
ward
(I
want
some
shoes,
so
I
want
you
to
bring
money,
etc.)
but
information
is
not
shared,
so
[please
be
really
careful]
My
doctor
is
very
hit
or
miss.
I
have
changed
teachers
several
times,
but
there
are
times
when
I
have
a
teacher
who
I
can't
talk
to.
If
you
close
your
eyes
to
various
places
(both
psychiatry
and
surgery
departments
are
equipped,
and
the
system
for
daily
life
care
of
hospitalized
people
is
well
thought
out)←(However,
as
in
the
future,
there
are
(Maybe
the
education
is
not
good
enough?)
It's
a
good
hospital,
but
I
feel
very
disappointed.
