For the main course, my husband had duck meat and I had Kuroge Wagyu beef, and both were very delicious. The salmon appetizer also had a refreshing taste and was seasoned to my liking.     I was surprised that there was such a wonderful shop in Totsuka. It has a simple glass facade with no noticeable signage, and the inside of the store is stylish with a natural interior. The healthy French course made with plenty of carefully selected local vegetables was not overwhelming and had a refreshing after-meal feel. Both the store owner and the staff were very warm and courteous.

    I came to the store after making a reservation for the 5,800 yen course. I was satisfied with the atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff's service, and the food.     I first heard of Hitotsu from a popular IRL Japanese streamer who's sister is the chef of this restaurant, and the chef's husband is also a chef and owner of this restaurant, so I had to take a trip to Totsuka in Yokohama and try their French cusine. I went for the most expensive lunch set that they had and it did not dissapoint, all dishes were elegant, beautifully presented and taste really delicious, especially the first two appetisers: an aubergine, conger and cheese monaka and the second a vegtable parfait with a sweet jelly at these were the most stand out and amazing dishes as I have never taated anything like this. The staff have been excellent and friendly and it was nice to meet the chefs and speak to them. Definitely recommended and worth experiencing French cuisine with ingredients and a soul touch from Japan.

    Small Modern style restaurant and fantastic food. The chef is top-notch, and he is very adamant that you like the food. He puts a lot of talent and heart into it. That being said, the timeline between dishes is a bit long. Dinner was almost 4hrs, which to me is just too long. If the timeline was a bit shorter, maybe 2-2.5hrs i might return.
