Beautifully renovated and updated! Amble parking on all sides of the hotel so no matter where your room is, you can park close to it. Very friendly and helpful clerks. Spacious rooms with all your needs and a welcoming lobby! The breakfast room is small but quaint, with lots of offerings to start your day!

Needed a place to spend the night as our pet needed emergency surgery at the nearby University campus. Room felt overpriced for location although we hadn't much sleep in the last 24 hours so didn't really care at that point. Staff was friendly and it was convenient. There was a patio directly below our room with loud kids just trying to yell over each other and we could hear them clear as day until almost 11pm. The main road also has a lot of traffic so you can hear vehicles throughout the night. Breakfast was included which had a waffle maker! That was great! Only caveat were an abundance of flies wandering around the breakfast room through our breakfast which didn't really make it that enjoyable. Would recommend you get a room towards the back of the hotel if you are looking for a good night sleep!

The stay was good - extremely friendly staff that really tried to make the stay great. Good continental breakfast. However, there was uneaten take out food left from the previous guest in my fridge. This should have been removed before I came to the room. I had to remove it myself. There was also no elevator which made lugging baggage up and down the stairs difficult. For the price, it was fine.

Pretty sure Rm 228 had a mouse and could hear it running across carpet at night, toilet was leaking, breakfast was chaos. Please move the waffle cooker as this caused a huge line. Not sure why out east rooms aren't cleaned everyday. Beds were good and that's all I can say that was good about hotel. We requested 1st floor when we checked in and were hoping as a Choice diamond member to get our preference but were denied and hotel parking lot was still empty at the time. Whatever! We should have stayed in Summerside PEI Quality Inn & Suites.

The room was nice, beds and pillows quite comfortable. I really needed some Tylenol and they didn't have any in stock and were not willing to check first aid kit to see if there was any there. I guess I'm just used to hotels accommodating a request for something simple like Tylenol. Bottom line is: fail for not keeping it stock for sale, and not bothering to check the first aid kit either - just a general sense of whatever, sorry.

Fairly close to UPEI. Staff were fantastic. Made sure I had celiac safe breakfast, which for me was a really big relief. I would definitely stay again.

Great staff specially in the kitchen..BUT the motel itself has couple of problems.1- located right beside the gas station.2- NO ELEVATOR 3-week air conditioning/cycling system in the rooms.4-the humidity stays in the room for ever, because of the poor exhaust fan in the bathroom and poor ventilation system in the room!you can even feel it on the clothes even the ones sitting in the suitcase, were all damp.5-SUPER EXPENSIVE FOR THE conditions …..And never come back. This hotel has just re-opened in April after undergoing full renovations after being heavily damaged by the hurricane. My room was absolutely perfect. Nice, hardwood floors, super clean, great bathroom. This place is a little far from downtown but I’d definitely recommend!

Was a great place to stay but now they are closed down. They seemed busy so it's unfortunate.

Had a great stay here. Clean and comfortable. But best part was how quiet it was!

I was staying here for a week on a business trip. I work from a desktop computer that I bring with me whenever I go. It requires a wired internet connection. They were unable to tell me over the phone if any of the rooms had an ethernet port(they do not). Not a huge deal, just wanted to know before I pack up a desktop. Upon arriving my room smelled like somebody just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes in it. Employee came in and said "wow that stinks" and went to grab a bottle of spray. I never smelled cigarettes again but that's because the scenty spray fried my sinuses. I asked for a new room but they were at capacity... The next morning I heard somebody complaining about the same smells... Breakfast was the only saving grace. If you dislike the smell of cigarettes, I'd avoid this hotel.

Unable to take a shower due to broken rod, room smelled musty and was dirty and the tub was filthy if needed to bath a child would be impossible. We had to come up with a solution to fix shower rod ourselves as maintenance people did not work on weekend. Asked for towels in the morning when got back in the evening dirty towels was still on bathroom floor and did not have clean towels. Toilet leaked water due to condensation so every time we used bathroom needed to wipe floor. Asked for compensation due to the inconvenience and manager did not approve.while there heard other people complain that their room one bed was not made fresh as it was still from the previous guest. It’s a horrible place to stay.

Just had to write this review as it seems people are putting down this hotel for no reason. They can't help some of the things that are happening because of COVID. My husband has been staying at this hotel since August for work and he has been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. The rooms are kept as clean as they can be with the amount of staff that they have and the restrictions the government has in place. The manager Shawna has gone out of her way to make the clients feel at home and she also offers to do little things for you in which is not a part of the job. The staff there are very friendly and my husband would not want to stay anywhere else. So if you are going to be in PEI this year, please make this your stop and I can assure you that you will enjoy your stay.

Date of stay - October 2021 (2 nights) Hotel - a little dated but fairly clean and well-kept. Because of COVID, there is no housekeeping for multi-night stays (which we were more than okay with) and the staff were great at getting us towels and bags for the ice box when asked. Close to fast food, but not super close to anything else. 10-20 min drive to downtown (depending on traffic). The room - a little smaller than average for this type of hotel. And the beds were not very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Not a lot of water pressure. Parking - tons of parking. Dog friendly - staff were welcoming. Lots of grass.

Very clean rooms and for the most part great staff…there’s one person working though that has been very rude to me and my bf but other then that the rest of the staff were great

Friendly, easy checking in, maintain guests privacy, had to ask for linens, towels, garbage bags etc.after day 8. No one's been in to vacuum carpet, sanitize bathroom, wipe down surfaces after being here 10 days( may Be due to Covid-19) there brochure stated new linens etc to be provided every 3 days. That may be there "usual" . Due to not knowing where guests are coming from,if vaccinated, have traveled out of province this may be a precaution. It's really no bother to ask because they are super accommodating, fast getting you what you need and extremely friendly. To be fair I haven't asked them to clean, but they see us leave and no when room is vacant I thought they would be in to vacuum and do bathroom. At least have the option to place a sign on door to let them know you are out and what needs to be done. Otherwise great staff, clean, cozy, quiet atmosphere.

No complaints here... would stay here again. Everything was clean and fresh. Large variety at their continental breakfast, very tasty.
