Excellent prices! Thinking of an outdoor sport or just go swimming in your back yard. This place has it all.

The people working the store were nice. They had a neck massager on sale half price so I bought two! One very nice lady sorted through a bunch of ankle braces to help me find one for George but none would work. She worked real hard to find something. That is customer service that brings customers back.

I like Big 5, there's one in most any town of size and it's generally not top of the line equipment but always in good supply and reasonably priced. I was picking up stocking stuff before Christmas and was happy about my purchases except for a discounted R/C helicopter. I tried it out and it's not my first chopter but this controller was just a really poor design so I took it back the day after Christmas and they gave me a full refund with my receipt, very good service! 👍

Had to go in for a return, and the person at the register was kind and professional had an easy return.

I just went in to look around to see the prices of things. Didn't buy anything there.

I had a better experience in this store than I did the one in Lodi earlier today I did find the rollerblades that I wanted they were on clearance it was unfortunate though because the only pair that was left was a pair that were obviously worn and returned the box was completely damaged they weren’t willing to give him more than 10% off which is what I have using my normal big five coupon so it’s like meh but I got what I needed and it took under five minutes to get customer service and the guy went up on a ladder for me to get what I needed so it’s OK it’s OK.

Many of the times I go in, I usually go to the airsoft bbs, but now they put them away behind the counter, I guess for safety, but there are many more things like fishing rods and other tools for fishing, there's also basketballs, shoes, weights, skateboards, and clothes, I would say that the store itself is pretty clean, and the employees are pretty nice too.

Horrible customer service. Manager wouldn't get an item for me (even though it was in stock) because he was too lazy to walk outside. Will never go back.

Wouldn't recommend getting the socxer balls there. I bought 2 and returned them both cause the ball kept going flat.

Good prices on shoes, bought new pair for work. However when I asked the store manager where the restroom was, I was told they don’t have any for the public. I find this unacceptable, I had my daughter with me, who is special needs(cerebral palsy and blind). I won’t be back to this store and will share my experience.

I like Big 5 Big 5 is a good place when if you have to buy some tennis shoes and and you can't afford really expensive tennis like in the mall or something or you have kids and you could go buy some cheap tennis for $10 probably there for kids or for adults too if you take the coupon and you just be in their email address and they'll send you coupons and stuff when those great sales are I like big five up

My son needed Football cleats, he called ahead to check stock, they were very helpful and confirmed they had a pair in his size. We went in, the staff directed us to cleats and answered some questions for him.

This store is great! ....good staff and they have things that other Big five stores don't! ....I once left my ID there and the manager went out of her way to make sure I got it back!

They are okay. Got me a pair of shoes for not a bad price in there today. They don't have a lot of fishing tackle in there hardly anymore though...

Size color n selection is limited. Only the basic n low end so any high end selection to be purchased online.

Clerk was great knew just what I looking for right away found it and checked out in lighting speed.

Still the best place in town to find a good assortment of jansport backpacks.

Some good quality stuff but a lot of overpriced stuff too. Store is overcrowded with not much room to walk. Homeless people outside make shopping here not worth going inside.

Good cheap place for sporting goods, employees not very knowledgeable, and you get what you pay for, it's like a dollar tree for sporting goods. Don't expect ANYTHING to last more than 1 wk.

Was never a fan but they really cleaned up and organized the store. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Something that I had not seen there before. Was impressed.

The cashiers are always very welcoming and helpful.
