The shopping plaza is easy to navigate as it is mainly divided into two levels. A lot of different cuisines from around the world are offered here and many internationally well known franchised products and clothings are available here. Christmas decorations are undisputedly attractive and cheerful.

I really like this place. Have been there twice. Lots of elegant shops and restaurants. The architecture of the plaza itself is designed in a way to take you out of the city while being at the heart of it. The restaurants have great service. There is a hotel there as well and is safe.

Yes, it's a mall. Reminded me of the Plaza in Kansas City - a recreation of a Mediterranean style village with eateries, bookstores, and many fountains. In this part of the city, where foot traffic is rare, it's nice to see people strolling around and having fun. I fell in love with the bookstore there, independent and buzzing with activity, hence the 4th star in my rating.

This was a coffee shop called 12 zones they have a rooftop outdoor seating area with swings that adults can sit or swing in, a little outdoor sink, table and chairs. The chocolate cappuccino was pretty good.

Un concepto diferente para realizar compras

I had the opportunity to live here for a few months, and I must say it was a good experience. Fontabella is a gated community that offers a wide array of services, ranging from restaurants to shops. It's a safe, albeit small, area where one can stroll around and indulge in retail therapy. I came to Guatemala for business, and I needed to stay for long periods of time in the country. Initially, I was staying at a hotel while working abroad, but I eventually decided to rent an apartment in Guatemala City, finally opting for Fontabella, and the convenience and comfort of having my own space were unmatched; it includes different types of restaurants and shops, as well as other services, which I find it quite convenient. What is more important, I greatly appreciate the maintained level of security in the area, which is crucial in a country like Guatemala. Overall, I strongly recommend Fontabella for those seeking temporary accommodation in Guatemala for an extended period, may be for business or other reasons.

Nice shopping center. Very good location. Very clean. The only CH/Carolina Herrera store of Guate is in this place. The map sent us to another location outside the shopping center but there is nothing. Parking garage is very nice with staff in the garage to help out people if needed. Lot of security, so it is a safe area to hang out. Restaurants, shopping, sitting areas, a few different cafés including Starbucks and Barista and more. We would love to go back!

Delicious food and very good service!

This mall is very fancy, and it's in one of the most exclusive areas in the city. But my experience was terrible, I tried to use the bathrooms and let tell I was awful, they were super disgusting and without water. I went to a bookstore inside the mall and well those bathrooms were a bit better still not very clean but al least they're was water. The restaurant are kind of expensive but, the food is good.

I recently had the chance to visit an open air high end shopping mall with a BBQ restaurant and ice cream shop, and it was a fantastic experience. The mall itself was clean and well-maintained, with a variety of high-end stores and a welcoming atmosphere. The BBQ restaurant was delicious, and the ice cream shop was a tasty treat any time of day. Overall, I highly recommend this open air shopping mall for its great shopping, dining, and overall atmosphere.
