From the very first step until we left this place the staff was always super friendly and helpful. Great ambiance, nicely decorated and tasty food makes this place -A MUST- Parking is available including Valet option. We were welcome by their staff with a bottle of fresh water and chicharrines. We started our experience with bruschetta, then we ordered Hummus with freshly baked Pita bread. We later requested to try the carpaccio and finally took home some flat bread Serrano ham pizza, all these paired with extremely cold locally brewed lagers. The location is very unique giving you a nice view of the most recent towers built in the city. Both Bryan our waiter and Josue took good care of us. Definitely coming back soon. Visited this place for the first time, and it was a genuinely nice experience. The staff was friendly, and the food was enjoyable. We were there for my friend's hen party, and overall, we had a great time. However, the only downside was the owner's behavior. He kept giving us unpleasant looks, and we couldn't figure out if he wanted us to leave or if there was another issue. Unfortunately, his attitude wasn't nice at all, impacting an otherwise enjoyable evening.

My favorite terrace in Guatemala City! Is a beautiful little place with good food, good drinks and good music. Service is always really good, and the prices are good. The interesting thing is that they change their entire menu every few weeks so you'll always discover something new. Definitely recommend.

Prices are a bit high, but the views, the food and drinks are special to this place. Patio San Román is a great destination both for brunch and to catch a couple of drinks any given evening.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The service I was provided today was so far beyond anything anyone could ever expect or request from a dining experience. To make a long story short, the staff accommodated my errors as an ill-informed tourist, and not only did they do so with efficiency, they did it with so much hospitality and compassion that it alleviated the embarrassment and anxiety I felt about the whole ordeal. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for their kindness, and I will never forget it. Besides the service, the food was also delicious. I enjoyed the Ensalada de Verano Oriental, which was prepared to perfection. Please visit this place- it is worth the stop!
