Qunita did my hair with patience and took care of my preferences. She asked many times if I was happy with the hair cut and then very patiently listened to my suggestion. I really liked the overall experience.

I've been to another salon once (I regret literally having all my hair on my head!) My haircut was nothing to look at! Thanks to the expertise at Head Candy, my hairstyle was made presentable again! Complete waste of time. Waited almost three weeks for an appointment to arrive to their industrial estate area and get told the hairdresser only cuts long hair and they can’t cut my son’s hair. What. No exception even though we are there with a child? Very cold and careless service. I put my son’s name which is clearly a boy, I guess he could have had long hair. But Why no call to warn us? Why not tell us? Why wait until we arrive with a child? Girls also have short hair. He was excited for a hair cut (believe it or not) I would not recommend this place at all, they did not care to do the work. Was it because I only spoke English? Who knows.. Never heard a hairdresser in a small business like that who can only cut long hair. They shouldn’t advertise for men and children online then. Also, women with short hair? Complete shambles and would never bother trying again. I don’t get the great reviews. Were they paid for? Not sure on this occasion. Plenty of other options in Hoofddorp luckily. Kinky cappers has the same style and would never treat a 3 year old kid in the same way. I see there’s a response. It’s complete rubbish that you book long or short hair on the website. Anyone who books can see that when you book, it’s for boys or girls and then add the name. Never known George to be a girls name, and even if he was, what if (she) had short hair? Not a child friendly hairdresser at all. Avoid if you have children. I’d say this place is only for 18-40 year olds.

Went to Head Candy again today and as always super satisfied. It is a hairdresser with real professionals who think along. After a hairdressing appointment I always get compliments about my hair color. The products are high-quality and nice for your hair. The atmosphere is pleasant and not unimportant... the cappuccino is delicious ;)
