My appointment was booked through treatwell app. I came for a pedicure and was hoping to receive a nice treatment, however this was not the case. First of all, I asked for help to choose a nail polish and showed the one on my toes, a lady criticized my choice of a light color pedicure, advised me on a gel nail polish which was light, but not the one I actually wanted (apparently they did not have a translucent color). Second of all and the worst of all, they could not remove my previous gel nail polish properly by using the soaking method. Then this lady started using a nail file to remove it, which damaged 4 of my toe nails, they were all bleeding (especially on my right foot). I really hope that I did not get infected with anything because the lady disinfected the bleeding toes. The whole experience was very painful because my toes were damaged significantly. I really don’t know why I did not say anything, was a bit at a loss I think. The lady who was doing my pedicure did not understand English very well, which would not be a problem if it did not affect the treatment. While we were talking she did not pay a lot of attention to what she was doing and I think that was one of the reasons why she damaged my toes, I stopped talking to her so she could focus on the job. One good point is that she colored my nails pretty well, but overall the pedicure does not look good because of the damages she made. The picture was taken 3 days after the pedicure.

I had the pleasure of getting my first spray tan at T-tans and it was an exceptional experience! Tamara was not only incredibly kind but also highly skilled in selecting the perfect shade for my tan. The end result is a wonderfully natural-looking tan that I am absolutely thrilled with! Thank you Tamara!

This was my go-to salon for nails, went here a couple of times and the service was good for nails. I did my eyebrows once and I didn't like the outcome, they didnt look very natural but this is very personal. I was going to keep coming back until I booked an appointment, went to the salon and to my surprise it was closed. I emailed them to re-book my appointment and at first they did answer my emails but now they are ghosting me. Thing is they did charge me in advance €42.50 and I can't seem to get a refund for a service I never received. I wouldn't recommend a salon that does this to regular clients.

I had a relaxing facial treatment, a calogene mask, my face felt so soft and the wrinkles were a lot less tight
