Very rude staff like very very rude The cashier refused to sell me anything just because i asked if the food contain bacon, he started to be mad, Unbelievable!

Very unhygienic people working here! One of the guys was sick and coughing all the time. Their food is also disgusting, the fries I ordered did not taste fresh at all and had a weird flavour, like something else was fried in the same oil. I hope the previous restaurant that was here (Pitstopp) will come back. Because I will never order from Febo again!

Very rude people!! In this venue, agains dutch law, the personal doesn‘t allows you to use the toilet, even if you bought and had your food in the place. Very rude and most likely illegal. 23rd on 19:00.

Honestly, this place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I was screamed at and threatened for being on my phone. A phone! The shop was empty, I wasn't being loud but the manager clearly had issues. I have never been made to feel like this in any establishment anywhere in the world. I have never experienced customer service like it. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a kip burger and I got a cheeseburger... Waiter said I lie... 0 service... 0 manager... It's a shame Never go here you will be rip off without a chance of being refund...

Been there around 8pm. Service and food was catastrophic !!!!! Plus they told us that the toilet is closed even though we only wanted to wash the hands cause fries were super greasy!!! And they are open till 10pm. Don’t waste your time and skip this FEBO!!!!!

The personal was very rude and they treat us so poor. They had mistakes with the order tho. I like Febo but i don't recommend this one.

Unfriendly and knowingly giving you burnt food. Especially in times like this we want to support HORECA businesses as times are rough but they just don't seem to care here. What was meant to be a nice treat for a bad day we had, it was just disappointing to come home with something inedible.

Best food guy in town. Cheap, tasty and the cashier is one of the nicest people I met in my whole life. Having food at FEBO Bos en lommer is one of the Amsterdam experiences I want to keep forever.

Ordered a Burgermenu for ~10,50€ and got the most depressing burger. The beef patty was almost certainly not more than 50g of beef (that is pushing it) and was as thick as a slice of ham. You get a better tasting and thicker Burger from McDonald's (the cheapest one).

I’m really sorry but your Burgers are the worst Fast Food Burgers I’ve ever eaten. Ordered a chili cheese Burger and you gave me a Burger with sweet sour sauce… wouldn’t recommend, I’m sorry

Innovative, fresh and an absolute pleasure to eat. It's good Amsterdam has so many Febo outlets to satisfy hunger pangs at all times. I tried a few ones and absolutely loved them. The prices are good too.

Great food and service! I was looking for something close to where I was staying and still open. The reviews were good so I checked it out. I am definitely happy with this choice for dinner.
