Nice place on a man made beach. The staff was quick and super friendly. The food was of good quality and it shows care was taken in the preparation. Certainly a good contender for this area of Almere Poort and worth the stop during a lazy warm and sunny day.

This is quite a nice and relaxing atmosphere especially when it is sunny outside, this is more like a bar not a restaurant, they have mostly snacks and few options for dinner. This is perfect to enjoy a hot day near the Almere Poort Beach while drinking a beverage. It is also dog friendly:)

Amazing location, definitely recommend for a summertime visit to Almere. Right by the beach. Friendly staff. We sat there for hours drinking cold beers, soda's, and wine, and enjoying a three course meal. Food wasn't spectacular, it was fine though, and I think the menu has something for everyone. Normal pricing, as in, it was surprisingly cheap for a restaurant on such a great beach side location. I would love to come back for another visit. Free parking

Good place to have a bite to eat. Really liked the chicken sate. It can get busy so better to make a reservation.

Space with great quality. 5 star staff, very attentive, friendly and available. Fast table service and they also specialize in various drinks, beers, cocktails, variety of meals. Cozy space with a wide variety of meals. Located in front of the beach, it offers a breathtaking view of nature. I liked it and recommend it. Excellent price-quality ratio. A place to socialize with friends and enjoy delicious family moments.

We arrived early at beach planning already to have dinner at this place, we asked if was possible to make a reservation and they said that was not possible, when was time to eat we went there from the beach and all tables were reserved, first disappointment. Than we found a place to sit and we ordered our meal , we asked a burger for our daughter just meat and bread, they brought it wrong we asked to change and after 30 sec they came back with same burger just emptied from what was wrong but all the sauces were still there, we asked to make it again and they did , but at the end they charged 18,50€ for that burger( just meat and bread) we asked explanations and they just answer “is the way it is” this people can’t work in hospitality. Will never see us again. What a scammers

A sunny day and a coffee in Poortdok are the perfect combination. Nice place on the beach, very good coffee and lekker snacks.

A place with a lot of potential. The location is great and the service is correct and friendly. I was disappointed by tasteless food. The wine choices was also quite poor. I'm likely to come back just for a drink due to the location rather than for the restaurant.

We went last Saturday and it was closed with curtains drawn. The upstairs looked empty of office accessories. Opinion is closed for winter or out of business

Convenient location on the beach. Right where you need it. The beer is very cold and there few snacks, salad or meals that you can order.

First day of the season and wasn’t expecting much but they did and amazing job! Great food great service! Amazing views
