Beside of this it was a bit disappointing that they did call back when we wanted some more installation. We tried twice. Then we gave up. We also bought a floor lamp. They have very nice lamps. Later we bought a hoover from Miele. The salesman was able to compensate the lack of competence with a lot of sense of humor. We also bought an extra wide dust brush which broke after 5 month. The employer told me we broke because of inappropriate use. Well, our cleaning woman came twice a week and she used it in a normal way. He didn't want to exchange the brush. I have to admit that he offered to pay half of the price. But I think a Miete part shouldn't break after a few month. I told him that we bought thinks worth of several thousand Euros and we expect a much better service. Conclusion. Nice shop with nice product. But bad service. I wouldn´t buy there anything again.
