Had a very bad experience. Jacuzzi was turned off early and all lights were on. When we asked why, the answer we got was 'girls wearing headscarves always take a long time to get dressed' Owner offered a small discount for next visit. Rejected because not worth repeating. Don't waste your money here!

Had a very bad experience. - There was a lot of sand in the Jacuzzi, all the headrests have been removed. All buttons on the Jacuzzi are missing/broken, so you cannot control which jet streams are turned on. - In the swimming pool we came across a lot of rubbish, from plastic bottles to indefinable rubbish floating on the water and a lot of hair - The infrared cabin no longer has a door, so it does not retain the little heat it radiates. - The cups were not clean and there were still residues in them. - The play equipment as indicated for the children was broken, all attributes were gone We reported this but nothing was done about it. Not even an apology. So if you go to a Wellness where there is little to no cleaning and a broken jacuzzi. Then you've come to the right place.

At first glance during the quick tour, hygiene seemed good. Afterwards we couldn't last even 5 minutes in the jacuzzi. The water stank, the headrests were missing and there were only bubbles in the lounge area. The pool was very cold and there were strands of hair floating in it. There were also hairs on the edge of the pool, the water also smelled like a ditch. Shower heads were filthy. Clothes hooks were full of brown drops. Infrared cabin is still missing the doors. Fridge was barely stocked for drinks. Nowhere to find a list or anything that could be ordered in terms of food. Music came through a TV where the remote barely worked. 2 the TV didn't work. Toilet looked fairly clean. Reported it to the gentleman at the counter and received the response that I cleaned it. Certainly not again. Waste of my money!!! Been to Amersfoort before, everything was really great!

Clean, warm pool, nice location. Been there for the 3rd time. 1 downside is that the jacuzzi was too hot and we could not get in this time. I had tried to contact them via the walkie-talkie inside. Unfortunately it didn't work. Indicated afterwards to the counter employee. He told me it was too hot and said the walkie-talkie was turned off on their side. 2.5 hours just for the swimming pool and sauna without a jacuzzi is a long time. Extremely unfortunate about the jacuzzi. He doesn't really have a solution. I find myself unheard and rejected. The gentleman told me to message customer service and that I might receive a discount code for next time. I rather believe that I am entitled to a partial refund as compensation for the hot jacuzzi and inaccessibility of the counter. A "discount code" is not a solution for me. The compensation should be given on site and not send the customer from A to B. My experience this time was much less unfortunately. Ps. The desk said they had no complaints about the jacuzzi all day. Could that be because we are the 1st today? Awaiting the response from relaxcenter.

Belachelijk!!!! Wat een grap. Zwembad was ijskoud. Dame die aan het werk was bleef volhouden dat het 30 graden was. Leugenaren zijn het! Bubbelbad stond daarentegen in de fik. Brutale mensen. NOOIT MEER!!

Het is de eerste keer dat ik naar een privé spa ga en ik ben helemaal tevreden over deze spa. Er is een zwembad, jacuzzi, infrarood sauna en normale sauna aanwezig. Ook is er een lounge hoekje aanwezig met een mini bar.
