Very slow and bad service. My order was incomplete and I had to return to get the rest of order. When I arrived, the reaction was very bad.

worst experience with this restaurant. we go here regularly because it's close to home... sometimes we have to check the order .. the sauces forget regularly and you can't make 2 orders in one trip here .. which is possible in recent restaurants .. I don't recommend it, there hasn't been a week in half a year when there wasn't a problem .. do something with it

Terrible. Ordered 2 pieces of tenders and a McChicken along with Pepsi. Tenders were the size of someone's pinky fingers and McChicken tasted dull and dry. Had an awful experience. Wasted 11 bucks! Thank you. I have tried in so many places lately in Switzerland and in Belgium. They are incomparable and the food is so good there.

Staff are nice, but the food is not to the standard you expect from McDonald's. Big Mac had so much sauce on it that the middle bread layer was impossible to prevent escaping. The fries were the worst I have ever had at a McD. Pure oil and no salt at all. They tasted like they had been cooked in old oil several times before we received them.

I visited during 5pm. Nice personal but my burgers was like furniture from IKEA. When I finished building my burger back together is was delicious like always 😋 and frites was unsalted but maybe it's better for my health.

Don’t take salands. They giving expired one’s. :) We took 2 meals with salads. And both of them were expired. Boxes were like balls. I don’t know how they working in there. That means they using not only expired salads. But more. Enjoy. :))

Joke ... Saturday open since 10:30. !? Seriously ?? Ontbijt time in weekend and they are opening so late? Plus we have Uber Eats in Beverwijk and they still don't have Delivery.. Menager from this place suppose to start changing something... Food is ok sometimes waiting time is to long but still no super bad...

Sandwisches (big maca) were cold. Also ordered two diffrent coffies, they wasnt signed. Fries cold. So sad, better choose something else, if you dont want your belly Hurts:D

They sometimes mistake your order at the drive in service and they make you drive back so you can get your missing ketchup so you can pay for it at the first window..just give me my ketchup so i can go enjoy my meal 😋

Evening and night shift on friday is like a war ! Its so busy and personel struggling... rest was ok - noone could explain why getting 2 orders with separate bills to one car was not possible....

On weekends it is a mess and dirt but most because of loads of kids and teenagers there! Staff try to keep things clean, but you know kids! Weekdays are better! Staff are very friendly and always with a smile.. it makes all the difference.

Quick and efficient mcdrive. Very slim path so take that into account if you have a wide car. Good and quick service with a lot of parking space aswell to eat your food. Overall an average mcdrive experience.

Food was nice, I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order what it's standard during the peak time. Personnel was nice and professional.

I'm not a fan of mustard. If you are like me, don't visit here. You will get a sandwich full of mustard! I ordered 3 different sandwich's, all same mustard. This is not the case in other McDonald's.

Had breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and offered outstanding service. Toilets were super clean as well. Food is OK, strange artificial 'cheddar' (colored) cheese could be skipped on all products if this would be an option (not sure if it was) or of higher quality. Egg bun else nice. Coffee is great. Smoothie and the croisant too. Apple pie bit too sweet and buttery. Could not park with my bigger van on the parking strip, spaces just too short. Had to park and walk a bit, a healthy option for sure.
