Whoa, this was absolutely horrific. The level of service was, well, lacking as in there was none. It's clearly very mass produced cheap tat along with the rest of this shop which has words like "gucchi" by the bags but what they were selling was cheap knock offs. Save yourself time and AVOID.

I saw a beautiful necklace I really wanted to get as a memory of Amsterdam. I paid $350 for something I was told it was white gold, only to find out when I got back to my hotel, it is only STERLING SILVER!! Please double check you are getting what you are paying for. Update: Got a phone call this morning regarding my review. I appreciate you guys reaching out. I just wished I would have been given the info that I was purchasing a sterling silver necklace and given the option to purchase a white gold necklace to go with the pendant; Which I would have rather do then finding out it was sterling when I got back to Amsterdam.

Very nice, friendly staff, great selection. Bought a nice pendant for my wife as we have Dutch heritage. She lost it after being back in the US after only a month so I called the store and they went out of their way to personally help me secure a replacement.
