😠 I want to buy something that was 150€ when I ask if I can make an offer. She said a big NO. When I said ok “ I have this lamp with it (9,50€) , can I get it together with the lamp for 150€. Another big NO. The kringloop staff could be more friendly and keep good costumers happy. It’s not necessary... People often mention people, staff, selection, furniture,

Very well organised second hand store that gives many people with distance to the labor market a change to work. Also the place is non-profit and the prices are quite low. The selection is very big and there is a large selection of furniture. During Christmas they have a selection that is focused for Christmas. Upstairs there is a large selection of clothes, books and music. Also they have a selection of games and puzzles for kids. The selection of books is wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

Very rude staff. Lots of unnecessary screaming at customers, never seen that before. A shame, as they had some nice things.

Always something interesting here, but the staff are very rude, especially Mirjam.

I used to really like this kringloop, and they now had a section with recycled items (bags, toys sewn from donated fabric) which I quite like, but the mostly rude staff/volunteers during my visit today put me off a bit. That was true for both, people dropping off donations as well as people shopping.

More and more expensive.... People donate things there so they could sell it for a fairer price, but some used and old stuff is priced like new stuff.

This place should not be advertised as ‘kringloop’. Essentially, they steal your bike including your belongings e.g. bell or babyseats and sell it after 6 wks if people don’t realise the council (gemeeente) took it away from where you left it! This absolutely unethical and it should stop! I collected mine today merely because someone told it might be here. I had to pay 26 euro to get my OWN (borrowed) bike back. Please dont buy anything off these modern robbers!

Clothes are too expensive and mostly too used to be worth that price, out of fashion since long and mostly in big sizes. I'm an XS-S and I don't manage to find anything nice. Also the toys department is full of "too old" or "too used" items. So for me, the top floor is a no. The ground floor is a bit okay when I find some interesting antiques. The furniture is too expensive. I talk from the point of view of someone who goes to many second hand shops in Leiden, noordwijk, Den Haag and other places. This is one of those I visit the least. It needs an "upgrade".

I would rather stab myself in the eye than to go here again. Most rigid and inflexible people to service that I have ever encountered

My girlfriend could not go in because they would not allow entry to her assistence dog, which is illegal and discriminatory. Wasn't about to call the cops about it but very disappointed.

Totally unreliable people. We had an appointment for them to pick up furniture in good shape that I was giving away for free and they never showed up. They never contacted me to inform me. When I did to remind them of the appointment they totally dismiss me. Please avoid this place

Great prices on books and clothing, both always in great condition. Ground floor items can be a bit pricier, but still contains great deals! It's a huge place, and very clean. Have shopped here many times over the last couple years, and my only complaint would be a (quite) rude staff member on multiple occasions. These experiences discourage me from visiting again. A shame, since it's a great kringloop!

Wide and spaced premises. Good goods placement. But poor assortment. And nobody sees the border between the public and private (only fot personnel) sectors. Krongloopbedrijf - You'd better mark signs (not words) on the floor.

Tidy and huge kringloop, you can repair bicycles too. After purchasing things, you can pick dolls for free!

My in store experience was amazing. The staff were all super friendly. 5 stars for the amazing service. However, I've rated 3 stars because the of the delivery service. Atrocious to say the least. First I get a call from them, and they're not even there, eventually they arrive about 20 minutes later. They literally threw the furniture to the ground and one of the articles I bought were damaged. Really disappointed. On top of that they dumped my furniture by the pavement and drove off leaving me to sort it all out by myself. I'm not impressed because as I type this message I'm writhing in pain as I pulled my back muscle trying to get the furniture indoors.
