Carnival by Tresind, located in DIFC is one of the most trendiest places in town. I had visited the place for the first time and it was quite happening. The ambiance was amazing and the way they present the food is on another level. You have to visit to see the magic from your own eyes. Customer serivce is great and food items are delicious. Bit pricey though.

Visited for dinner and it was amazing experience with dancers and set menu. Reasonably priced for such a fusion Indian cuisine. There are available options both for vegetarian and non vegetarian. The decor such nice for every course and the waiters are friendly, help you in any questions about position of menu if you don’t know about Indian cuisine. Just be careful with quite hot dishes. Big thank to all team of Carnival and specially Kuldeep for great service and warm time

Michelin starred restaurant in DIFC! I really loved people there, decorations, music and atmosphere! There are 2 types of tasting menu: vegetarian and ordinary one. We chose the first option because we don’t eat meat. I was impressed! Food is amazing! They are trying to make everyone happy, and they do it so good! Show for starters and dessert was great. As well amazing sanders during all brunch! I really loved them, they asked people to dance together too! I like everything in this place, even restroom was lovely. Thank you so much for my amazing Sunday brunch with you!

Had the set menu. The food served was bursting with flavors. Not too expensive either. Very accommodating staff as I was running late for my reservation on a weekend.

Opted for the business lunch and it was quite nice. Reasonably priced for such a fusion Indian cuisine. There is ample of options both for vegetarian and non vegetarian. The decor is good and the waiters are friendly help you in choosing food appropriately. The AC in the restaurant was not cooling so it was little uncomfortable as it’s also super hot in Dubai.

This place is superb, mainly fine dining with Indian fusion cuisine. They have 5 course meals & more in their various menus Loved all the courses starting from their pumpkin baos to the dessert everything is tasty & instaworthy. Prices are as per the fine dining experience like an evening tasting menu starts from AED 299++ This must be on your list for hosting those dinners where you wanna impress your loved ones & even for the date nights. Whole staff was amazing & talented in what they do. Also its a part of Michelin Guide 2022 so go & experience the food & more at this restaurant.

I have no words to describe my experience at this restaurant. Such a fantastic Indian dining treat. I had the non vegetarian lunch menu , a collection of insanely delicious dishes , well presented by their super experienced service staff. I can’t mention a single dish that was good , because the entire menu was extremely good and tasty. Big thanks and well done to the entire team . Super highly recommend.

Carnival is a fine dining Indian restaurant, my second visit to this place and I absolutely loved it. The food we ordered was perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was super and the ambiance was lovely. A good restaurant to enjoy with family and friends. There's valet parking at this restaurant and if you get your valet card stamped then it's free.

This is a fine dining place located in Waldorf Astoria DIFC. It is quite a spacious place with aesthetic interior. Apt for business lunches or family dinners as you would not only enjoy their service but also the presentation. Must try if you want to experience pleasing serving with enchanting presentation.

Insta: @postrainingcravings I loved the ambience, and experience! The staff etiquette, the decoration, and overall feel of the place is impressive. Fusion Indian cuisine at its finest and most elevated form you could say. Would I go to this place for the experience, and drinks? Yes Would I go there regularly for food? No, and here is why. The food was elevated and tasty. However, personally speaking, I would argue that you could find very good Indian food and restaurants in Dubai for a lesser price, and a richer flavour. When I go to Indian restaurants, I like to enjoy rich flavours, generous portions, ingredients that will transport me from where I am in Dubai, to the busiest and liveliest streets of India. This place kinda fails to do so. I would still recommend it to l business dinners, or lunches. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Top quality Indian food. Went with my colleagues, a beautiful spot to have a lovely time and the set up is lovely, don't understand the theme but I like the vibe. Staff are on the look out. They pay close attention to every single person, food and drinks were flowing in and my were they tasty. One of the best dals I have had. Biryani was mind blowing. Lovely cocktails. They walked around with trolleys of good stuff keeping the atmosphere fun filled. Then after it all, they came with this dessert.. Chocolate, ice cream nuts mixed with other lovely stuff. It was an evening to remember. I am definitely going back there and I so recommend. If you love quality, class and Indian food. What are you waiting for?

Each dish that was presented to us was a work of art, carefully plated and bursting with flavors. The ingredients used were of the highest quality, fresh and expertly combined to create innovative and delicious flavor profiles. And Amazing entertainment with Latino dancers, Definitely Recommend 💯

A modern take to Indian food. The Friday Brunch is good with a set menu from starters entree's and 1 magical dessert. They take you through the entire menu so you don't have to bother about figuring out what to order. The food comes in bite size portions and the staff explain the dish and it's ingredients so the service is good and quick. There are so many courses that you want to stop but are still craving for more. A good selection of happy hour drinks and the ambience is good tool. The menu is dynamic and changes frequently but so you will taste something different every time. Truly a carnival of food as the name suggests.

Been here twice. They offer menu for veg and non-veg. A fine dining experience of Indian food presented in a unique and interesting way. The guys at Carnival by Tresind always make it a point to provide something fresh every season. Try their 15 course menu or what they are offering during the season. Love the vibe here and friendly staff!

Food poisoning alert. My husband and I have visited the restaurant 3 days ago and had opted for chef's tasting menu with pairing coctail manu. Both got very bad food poisoning and suffered the night and the next day. When we called the restaurant to report this the concerning department rerurned call 3 days later to inform us it wasnt their restaurant where we got poisoned and denied the whole story. We usually do not post bad experiences but this time we decided to give others heads up as we found the way the restaurant handled this incident extremely unprofessional. We certainly will not be visiting this place again nor do we reccomend it.

We went for a anniversary dinner last night. And the food was super delicious. We had the carnival dinner experience for 285 AED per person plus taxes. We ordered vegetarian 🌱 meal. And it was fantastic experience. They had 14 small portion courses from appetisers to main course and then dessert. Highly recommended for special occasions.

It is an Indian restaurant but with a lot of great and unexpected twists. We tried the Chefs tasting menu and it was absolutely amazing. To get the whole experience, I would highly recommend to go with this option. There is a non vegetarian and a vegetarian option. The staff is attentive and explains you every course, what it is and how to actually eat it. The best is the desert, when they bring a big plate and paint on the plate with sauces of different flavours, at the end they crush a chocolate in a shape of a cocoa bean on to the plate and add more chocolate on. Everything there has an interesting twist, great ideas and tastes delicious. It's not the cheapest Indian restaurant but its definitely worth of trying. The only annoying thing is they add extra taxes and fees on top of the bill which makes 22% extra!! Be aware of that.

It’s supposed to be a gastronomical experience but it was slightly underwhelming for us. We felt as if all the main course preparations were quite salty. The starters ( they call it the tasting menu) were much better. Good chances of spotting celebrities though

A unique experience, fine dining at its best! I tried their signature nine course tasting menu and it’s by far one the best experiences I had. The attention to detail is really one of a kind, the flavors are exquisite, my favorites were the mushroom terrine and the lamb-chop with tabasco mash and green pepper sauce. The lemon pickle sorbet with popping candy was a pop of flavor, really you got to try it for yourself! The signature cake at the end was a fun way of ending the meal. Overall, the dining experience was one of a kind, everything was served to perfection, the drinks were unique, the background music was relaxing, the professionalism of the staff. This restaurant was recommended by Michelin and it definitely rises up to its reputation, will sure come back for more.

I've been to the gastronomic heaven! Yes, Carnival by Tresind is a destination for gourmets and those who appreciate great food and its presentation. My recommendation is to try a set tasting menu in order to try all the best dishes. Drinks are very tasty, and their presentation is creative and even entertaining. A must-try! A special acknowledgement for the high class service in the restaurant. Everyone from a lovely hostess at the door to a charismatic manager of the place is just one amazing team which creates an unforgettable experience for their guests. Special appreciation from my side to Kuldeep who served our table, for his gentle and attentive service, his bright personality and great professionalism.

100% somewhere I will like to take my friends and family here to enjoy the weekend. Nice food , means they put a lot of effort on it. So special and nice environment. Music is on the point (some other place music is way too loud) but here is just perfect. Decoration and everything just nice 👍 The waiter Kuldeep is very nice and friendly. I came here by myself and really I haven’t come cross a so nice service place in brunch for a long long time. On Sunday they have brunch package, Monday to Saturday they have 6 different package (ex. Business package). As a dessert expert I enjoy the show very much.

We enjoyed the set lunch menu (non veg) last week. The dishes were uniquely prepared and tasty. The portions were just right without making us fell "stuffed". The Steward Mr Kuldeep was knowledgeable and would explain the recipe of each dish that he placed on our Table. The flow of Starters, Mains and Dessert was as per our liking and not rushed. This Set Luncheon menu was value for Money. The decor and ambience was nice and cosy. Staff were wearing the required PPE . We would recommend this Set Lunch menu.

Table for 2 for a birthday dinner on a Wednesday night. Both opted for non-veg tasting menu. Realised upon getting home that one of the live dishes (momos) on the menu was not served live even though the menu said it should be and we were not offered tea from the karak bike at the end. Figured it must be a special occasion place as literally every table had a birthday celebration which was almost embarrassing. I found the atmosphere somewhat lacking and the ladies toilets did not smell good upon entering. With regards to the food, none of the multiple dishes was outstanding. As a huge lover of Indian food I was reminded by most of the dishes of the taste of a mediocre takeaway. Very heavy on spice but it tasted like sauce or powder as opposed to fresh chilli. My husband has been up all night vomiting (Happy Birthday!) though I am fine so I recommend those with a sensitive stomach do not attend. The happy hour cocktails we ordered as an aperitiv were of an incredibly low standard, not just for Dubai. Service was ok. Was not impressed by live servings (of just 2 dishes) which could only be described as lacklustre. I regret booking this restaurant and will not be returning. Price was actually ok for the location at 831 AED for 2 incl a bottle of wine and a 20% discount with ENBD but I prefer to spend 200AED on our usual takeaway in future (if I can ever convince my husband to eat Indian food again).

Come for the food, leave with a good show. Was here for Valentine's but wasn't feeling well so left before dessert. Food is good. Given the hype I expected more. Portions were of the tasting variety. Ambience and service were steller. Coming back again definitely to enjoy fully.

The food is unbelievable. Packed with flavour and always presented wonderfully. Staff are super knowledgeable about the food and explain each dish as it arrives and often prepared in front of you (tasting menu). Plenty of flamboyance with dry ice and liquid nitrogen, cocktails included! Our favourite treat in Dubai by far.

We went here for the business lunch. It was good food and appropriately proportioned. We were seated quickly and our server was knowledgeable and prompt. We had the non-veg set and was pleasantly surprised. Usually when eating Indian food, my eyes get big and I stuff myself. Here they portion out the food to the size of the table and you leave feeling satisfied but you're not rolling out of the restaurant. Would recommend for someone who has an Indian craving with great flavor that is too spicy (I personally love spicy food but I know the general population like things more well balanced). They pace out the timing of the food and even have a guava sorbet as a palate cleanser in between starters and mains. Overall a good spot!

My second time trying this restaurant and this time it was part of the Dubai Restaurant week with a set menu. There's great variety of starters and mains and they're all equally delicious. One thing that stands out is their presentation and plating of the food which is very unique and modern. Staff are polite and attentive. We had a friend with a difficult allergy and the waiter always ensured to advise him what to have and not have. This visit was also on the occasion of my birthday and we were treated to a nice rose and the dessert which is unique demonstrated by being drawn on the table. Overall I really recommend their food and ambiance/experience.

Visted Carnival by Tresind for the first time and was blown away by the food. The decor and ambiance were a bit underwhelming but the food more than made up for it! Got a chance to interact with Chef Vinoo who came by the table and it was a special experience to chat with him about the food. Loved the innovative twists on Indian food...the flavors were quintessentially Indian but the look, feel were different...loved the "Karaage"...looked like chicken but was actually mushroom...superb. Fantastic experience food-wise...definitely will be back.

It was truly an unique and amazing experience...Planned an official dinner with colleagues and I was not disappointed..This restaurant is located in DIFC Dubai and has valet parking available. They have indoor and outdoor options but you need to make prior reservation as it is always busy. They offer set menu both veg and non veg. Besides that they have the ala carte menu but i would suggest to go for the set menu. We were amazed at the taste and presentation of every single course that came out. Fusion food with a twist, traditional and playful with great flavors. The set menu plays out like a carnival with each act/dish as delightful and well executed as the other. The dessert was like a cherry on cake.. Tableside food theatrics, lively music and great service overall but highly priced. Carnival is definitely an experience worth a try!! 🤩

Beautiful restaurant with great ambiance. We sat in a booth in the middle of the restaurant which felt very private but could also see the servers great live table performances through out the restaurant. The waiters and hosts are very attentive and explained the many dishes- all of which tasted amazing. We tried the Non vegetarian chefs taster menu but they kindly substituted some of the meat dishes with prawns/ veggie for 1 guest. The menus is so reasonably priced for the amount of food received. Looking forward to going again soon! Edit: I was really looking forward to returning to celebrate my birthday here since we had such a great time the first time. But they didn’t acknowledge this (they made big deals for other tables!) maybe this tainted the mood? Service wasn’t as great as first time either. As with so many places in Dubai a one time wonder ! changing 5 stars to 3.

What beautiful experience it was. Had heard a lot about this place . Took a day off from work to take the wife for business lunch and some relaxing times. It was worth every minute. The salad and soup portions are small but just about right. The starter was good. The main course was big portion and the server even asked if we need more bread, rice or curry. The desert is also good. We will surely go back again for ala carte with the kids very soon.

The food is excellent without a doubt.we took the vegetarian and regular chef recommendation and it was really a good meal with great show and presentation. The service was great and very kind, without a flaw. On thing that really bothered us is the music in the restaurant.we dont think trans electronic music is matching the atmosphere, maybe at 10% lower volume. But would expect something a bit more calm/gentle maybe with a touch of indian.

We went on our son's birthday and the vegetarian food was fabulous. Staff is very courteous and nice. Chilly Paneer and lotus stem for starters was very delicious. Main course Paneer and kofta was very soft and tasted good in tomato gravy. Tomato soup poured over cheese was heavenly. Birthday wishes on Jàlebi with Rabri also tasted very will. Recommended cocktails also proved to be good.

My wife and I booked a table here on Thursday evening to try the Chef's Tasting Menu. I honestly cannot stress enough just how delicious the food was, however more than that - the presentation was perfect! If you like food that's full of real flavour, packed with delicious ingredients that's delivered in a fun and artistic style (think dry ice themed appetizers etc) then this is the place to visit! They cater for both meat and non meat eaters, with a menu dedicated specifically for both. If you like Indian food, or even if you're looking to try something different, check this place out. Menu was 289 AED per person (drinks not included) for what equated to 13 beautiful dishes. Word of warning, expect to leave completely stuffed!

Carnival by Tresind is our go-to place whenever we crave for some Indian food. The ambiance is cozy and perfect for a date night or even for dinner with your family. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The hospitality is outstanding and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. We recently tried their chef's selection platter and the food was finger-licking good. Totally loved the presentation and attention to details. Last but not the least, dessert was outstanding.

I am giving this place a 3 rating just for the experience... food however is quite ordinary and nothing special in terms of taste.. tried their Friday brunch, everything we tried was served cold and taste quite ordinary, something u can in any cheap Indian restaurant.. so don't go to this place if u r looking for taste... the experience however was pretty amazing servers were polite the ambience was amazing and the music was good... food was a big let down, hence an average rating of 3...the original tresind at voco hotel is much better in terms of food taste

I’ve always been a fan of Tresind but never tried Carnival but honestly they never fail to deliver. From the moment we walked in to the special flavors to the amazing service and Majur our waiter was such a wonderful person. We tried the chefs table menu and there is so much more to try and I can’t wait to come back

Good place but very limited options under Ala Carte menu. We ordered spring chicken and kadai paneer and both tasted too tangy. The soup was amazing. They also have set menu AED 299.

An exceptional experience! Wow, a must try! If you are looking for a an Indian cuisine with a twist this is it. With its astonishing blends of flavors. Salute to all the great Chefs out there! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tried out their Chef's tasting menu, which offers both vegetarian & non vegetarian options. I tried out the former, and every dish was absolute perfection. Mint & lemon, yellow tail and goli soda mocktails were delightful and refreshing. The amuse bouche (pumpkin kulcha and podi idly coconut chutney) were delicious. In starters, we tried out the dahi puri, root vegetable terrine, kadhi kachori and mock meat. The dahi puri tasted amazing and presentation was fantastic. Mock meat was soy, and the kadhi kachori was yummy. Main course was paneer, artichoke, florentine, dal makhani, steamed rice, assorted breads and raita. Everything was flavourful and cooked to perfection. Ended our meal with Alphonso mango, kadak chai and cocoa dessert. Every bite was flawless.

Food is well presented and tastes good. Ambience is nice. Staff is friendly but slightly felt pushy in up selling and increasing your orders. Even got billed an extra water bottle before requesting correction. If such pettiness wasn't present they'd be 5 stars.

Visited this past Sunday for brunch and had pleasant time. Upon arrival there was a bit of confusion. We had reserved online earlier that day via their site, however turns out they need to email back and confirm, which they had not done. Thankfully they manage to seat us as they were quite busy, which is always a good sign Our waiter Kuldeep was excellent and very helpful to ensure our afternoon was pleasant. Brunch consisted of small 10 plates of food plus dessert. Just the right portion size and all were excellent. Gave us an idea on what to expect if we return for ala carte menu However their signature chocolate dessert was a bit rich / heavy for us, we personally thought a much lighter / fresher dessert would have been to finish brunch menu. The chocolate was too much that you can’t even taste the fruit gel. My wife only took a small spoon, so the waiter kindly inquired why and offered to substitute to another to ensure she left happy! 👍🏻 Our only disappointment on what was a good food brunch, were the 3 cocktails. Nothing compared to the items on their normal menu. These were very rough and obviously made to quickly distribute during brunch.

The shrimp appetizer and crab curry were outstanding, so was the service. The steak was good but a bit on the well cooked side. Interesting decor. Maybe it is best to visit here on a weekend as they have a live DJ. During the week, the ambience is a bit lacking.

So far it was the best Indian restaurant I've ever been to. The food was fantastic, very tasty! 10 out of 10. We had the non vegetarian tasting menu with the wine pairing. Blew our mind! The food portion was quite a lot, I couldn't even finish the main course. And I wish I could. At the end, both of us left with a full and happy stomach for sure! We also ordered some cocktails. I recommend to try the ghost rider and prepare to take a video of the presentation! ;) But what I really like is their kind gesture to go above and beyond. When my husband told them it was my birthday, the host immediately bought flowers from outside and sent over to my table to wish me a happy birthday. Plus at the end of the meal, they come with a tambourine singing and brought us a big plate of dessert with a happy birthday anna written on it. It was a memorable experience for me and I would like to give thanks to all of the staff who has been taken care of me and my husband that night! You guys did a great job! Thank you so much 🙏❤️

Carnival never disappoints. Over the year they have well maintained there reputation by providing not only delicious tasting food but with professional staff and well maintained and clean place. Great experience and amazing ambiance. Very humble, professional and tallest 😂 server we had. Explained the menu with extreme detail and recommended the best dishes. We had great time with our family. Cant wait to come back again.

Stunning interiors, ambiance and mouthwatering food. Waiters are friendly and the presentation of dishes are picture worthy. It is fine dining at its best and highly recommended. The Indian fusion food have both veg and non veg options and they serve few amazing complimentary dishes. The restaurant is recommended by Michelin and it definitely stands up to it.

This place was amazing! My partner and I came here a few days ago and we tried the chef’s tasting menu. From the moment we came in, we were warmly greeted and were well taken care of. This place takes Indian food and explores it in a creative and colorful way. The head chef was able to chat with us and asked us what our favorite dishes were, which I thought was a nice thoughtful gesture. The presentation, quality, and portion sizes were perfect. Out of all tasting menu options I’ve tried throughout Dubai, Carnival had the best portion sizes which didn’t cause me to feel too full. The dessert at the end was absolutely beautiful as well. 10/10!

Atmospheric establishment, received a lot of positive emotions, liked the staff and delicious cuisine, the evening passed in a positive way. The presentation of the food is especially impressive. All the dishes we tried were amazing. If you order a cocktail, it will be prepared right in front of you, telling you everything in detail. I will definitely recommend this restaurant

I've been to India a lot and I wasn't a fan of Indian food before this evening, but dinner at this restaurant changed my mind! All the food is super delicious, the cocktails and their serving is a separate story. I advise absolutely everyone to check it out. I loved the music and the quality of service. At the end they took a picture of me and my mom in a flood and gave it to me, it's very nice

We went for our anniversary lunch in carnival by Tresind. We took lunch set menu and the food was so amazing like each and every thing was perfection. I really liked the injuli prawns. After starters they gave us the popsicle which was so refreshing. Dal makhani was just melting in my mouth, it was one of the best dal makhani I have ever tried. The ambience is amazing and service is exceptional. They gave a little brownie cake in the end. I would really like to try their brunch as well.
