Fantastic food and super friendly staff who helped us order in English! Restaurant is very clean and has a great selection of local dishes and platters - highly recommended!

Overrated restaurant This is my second time visiting this overrating place and it has been a awful The fries came cold I told the waiter he came with a french fries plate (hot) but it wasn’t tasty it was tasteless The tawook sandwich was full of toum I couldn’t taste the tawook spice it was a chicken sandwich actually The shawarma was not bad but its not special at all I will never visit this place again Borke cheese wasn’t bad Customer service were okay but when i told the waiter about the food and my experience visiting their restaurant he said its because of the pressure This is the end !!

Best meat shawarma I’ve had in a long time! Chicken shawarma is delicious as well, and fries are perfectly done. Had ordered a plate, got sandwich platters instead, yet can’t punish them with less start ratings as truly delicious food. Recommend if you’re in the area

One of the most delicious lebanese food to ever taste , we were 20 persons and the food came out quickly ..Once we finished they also served fruits and chocolate on the house..10/10

Quick and tasty bite on the road

My recent visit to this restaurant was an absolute disaster. The service was nothing short of catastrophic, and the entire crew seemed utterly lost. The quality of the food displayed in the showcases was a clear indicator that they were serving outdated and poorly preserved dishes. To make matters worse, the wait time for our order was incredibly long. I couldn't believe how much time we had to wait for the food we eventually decided to try. It's disappointing that the delay didn't even result in well-prepared dishes. I had heard some negative reviews about this place, but I wanted to give it a chance. However, my experience was far worse than I could have imagined. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money here. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this restaurant at all costs.

The most generous restaurant in Zahle, the food quality and prices are the best you can get anywhere. A bit noisy while waiting for the food, and you can go out smelling like fries but it's definitely worth it.

This is one of the best restaurants where you can order from during the daytime. I am not sure how the milieau is in the evening. I like to order from them during office hours.

Very great restaurant! Prices are cheap and so generous compared to other restaurants and the staff are so friendly. This restaurant serves the best shawarma ever you can eat! The fajita is juicy, loaded with cheese and the bun is crunchy.

Got a tawook and never again will I buy anything from here. The bread was soggy and the sandwich was soggy. I didn't even finish it. I will not be buying anything from.al shams again. The chicken roasted was also dry. We are paying 125 and the dollar rate you should make the food good but doesn't matter anymore. Again won't get anything from al shams again.

Rotisserie chicken as good as any in France! Are lots of tasty cooked and fresh vegetables. Helpful staff. Nice Clean restroom.
