Very convenient for grocery and household shopping. It's clean ,has a big parking area , shelves are always packed.The bakery and hot food area's have yummy and fresh food .

I buy everything I want in the shop and it's a friendly place, with lovely people who will give you a lovely welcome!

There is always parking available, well at least during the times I went there. Clean and neat. Some parking bays not 100% demarcated, but this is not an issue as they are all large enough for a wide SUV parking. The aisles are nice and wide. The racks are well stocked. You will be able to find all your grocery and household items here. They have a well stocked liquor section in the store. What I like best is the bargain table, there is always some bargains on that table.

Fresh produce is good and a wide variety. Most everything you might need is available there. Shop is clean. Centre, ample parking available. Just be aware of small homeless kids close to the vehicles. Other than that, great shopping experience.

A very welcoming atmosphere with almost everything you need under one roof

Bakery staff are rude, wanted to buy fresh bread from the oven. The I was treated by them was bad. They were just pointing to some bread which is no bake from ShopRite whilst one was pushing a trolleyful of freshly baked bread from the oven hoping he would give a loaf. Just to be told that it had owners. Fearing to be embarrassed I just left the bakery section without getting bread.

Compare to Kitwe ECL mall ,this Park mall is smaller in size but at the same time we get all necessary things there... Standard shops like Jet, Ackerman's, ready shops ,pizza corners , hungry lion etc available..nice parking facilities. Safe place . Banks also available and there are 3 ATM also there to draw money...safe place

It's a small but beautiful and clean mall. Shoprite is the main store at the mall. The Park's value has been enhanced by the access roads which have been rehabilitated. It's worth visiting when you're in Chingola!
