Really nice gym located right next to Avans UAS! If you are a student or alumni at Avans or Breda UAS you can get subscriptions on a discounted rate. For example, 1 year membership costs €110 which makes it below €10 per month! Furthermore, you can practice a variety pf sports there. Indeed they have 40 different sports to choose from. The only problem is that everytime you go to the gym or play a sport you must make a reservation before that. The staff explained that this is required due to the small capacity of the sports centre.

Great price for student. Modern facilities with nice employees and good equipement.

I book my timeslot, I bike there 20 minutes and they tell me there that I can't go in because I don't have a membership, when somehow I could still book the same day

Very nice gym

We love Bress. We are international students and wanted a gym to join and the price that Bress offers is unbeatable. A years membership for the gym works out to be around €8 a month which is so affordable. The staff are so nice and are there to offer advice or give training plans. Although there are a lot of members we have never had to change our workout because of that. Lots of weight training equipment as well as loads of cardio machines. Great opening times. Additionally to the gym the membership also includes using the squash courts, table tennis tables, signing up for fitness classes, getting discounts at swimming pools, ice rinks etc.

Very nice people they work hard to help and the price is amazing. Also if you like they organise Al lot of activitys that you can join for free and there are many places you can get discount from if you are a member.

Great place with so many sports facilities and good selection of equipment in the gym. There are classes available as well which are great. Then with the benefit of discounts for other sports facilities around Breda makes the membership at this place worth it. With such a cheap price and such a good service I really don't see any point joining anywhere else.
